I really hope the outcome is fair to women and upholds free speech.

Like sheep poo? That’s particularly nasty and I try to avoid the farm when my sister is renting out the back field for sheep. Horse poo isn’t too dreadful and good for the kitchen garden.

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 19/09/2019 10:31

It anyone uses twitter maybe they can clarify the status of the hole dweller, as others are promoting a dig-in.

Amalfimamma · 19/09/2019 10:32

Sheep poo isn't actually too bad.

Chicken poo is the worst and smells like a dirty nappy left in the sun and 40ndegree heat for a week

Pm me thq Twitter thing and I'll do it

PotatoShape · 19/09/2019 10:35

Bloody hell, that hole is a bit weird! I went in it, and came out 20lbs lighter! This hole digging is amazing for those wanting to fight the powers of excess lbs.

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 19/09/2019 10:52

Dammit I can’t see the twitter thread now. It was on one that announced that the 10000 was almost there and someone mentioned 2 others that were in progress. Maybe someone else saw it?

Amalfimamma · 19/09/2019 11:00

I know the one you're on about and that is their usual mo. Stick in Helenas hole and then delete it so it doesn't let them loose their ally status as they know exactly what she's done yet continue to help and promote Her.

You'll notice that person hasn't dug nor promoted Kate's hole.

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 19/09/2019 11:01

Really? People are so damn sneakit (as my dad used to say).

Amalfimamma · 19/09/2019 11:06

There is a lot, and I mean a lot, of stuff going on in the background from trying to hijack Kate's hole (as in divert diggers) and ppl who paint themselves as allies and feminists smearing in the background.

You wouldn't believe half the stuff some ppl do at bequest of one particular man and his inner circle, all while they play the concerned citizen card in public. Ergo my blow up at you last night. Hope you're feeling better today Flowers

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 19/09/2019 11:10

Please tell me who!

Thanks - I’m still feeling fuzzy, and as if I’ve been swallowing razor blades but happily found an old bottle port last night (any port in a storm as my BIL says).

DrLouiseMoody · 19/09/2019 11:29

I do not respond to snidey comments very well.

First, I have 14 days to respond to Hayden, and instructing a solicitor (which I can now do today) and barrister (who can now be instructed by the solicitor) costs money. I am also incurring costs dealing with Hayden and Harrop's complaint to York against me. So I really have no patience for the suggestion that I should have put off launching my fund. I thought it through, talked it out with friends, and we agreed on how to go forward.

I am overwhelmed by the support and hugely grateful. I'm talking it through with two lawyer's right now about the next step now my target has been unexpectedly reached.

My fund, or anyone else's, doesn't "hijack" Kate's, and as I say, it is payday for me tomorrow so I can donate. I won't bother responding to any ridiculous accusations. I am, naturally, primarily concerned with preparing my own defence (which I can now do) and will do my best to help others as time goes on.

happydappy2 · 19/09/2019 11:36

Can anyone confirm is Kates court trial happening in Stevenage or London? Is it magistrates court or with a jury? thanks

OP posts:
Birdsfoottrefoil · 19/09/2019 11:38

Louise do you still need help digging? I am not sure where I meant to look. I thought ‘hijacking’ was where people pretend their hole is your hole. That is why I am concerned about where to dig. I am capable of weighing up several different cause and contributing to all or none but I want my efforts to be spent where it is claimed

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 19/09/2019 11:38

I am seeing very expensive lawyers/firms working on behalf of some persons - but not others. Are any of the big firms supporting women at all?

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 19/09/2019 11:40

Actually, thinking about it - I know someone at such a firm and it seems the Stonewall is not an unknown partner in such companies.

Amalfimamma · 19/09/2019 11:43

happy

Magistrates in Stevenage. We're not sure if it's jury or not.

birds
If you have the means please help Kate as hers is the most urgent and she has both criminal and civil suits pending.

frekko it seems they are only helping some women. Kate's has been ignored.

DrLouiseMoody · 19/09/2019 11:52

I honestly don't know who has supposed to have 'hijacked' what. And these passive aggressive comments are completely unnecessary. I've got two lawyer's giving me an estimated total cost (assuming this doesn't go on and on and on) and hopefully there will be something left over to help others. But comments directed at me and my fund are alienating and uncalled for. Kate S is responsible for hers and I'm responsible for my mine.

bettybeans · 19/09/2019 11:52

If anything is likely to put people off looking for or digging in Kate's hole (🤨) it'll be snide passive aggressive comments targeting other women in similar positions, or alluding to some bullshit playground arguments. Pack it in. Honestly. You're doing her no favours at all. Quite the opposite.

Amalfimamma · 19/09/2019 11:59

louise

Please point out the exact message where I said you and your fund hijacked Kate's.

The comments from this morning have got nothing to do with you and the only comment I did make about your hole had your name on it.

LangCleg · 19/09/2019 12:01

I've happily dug for both Kate and Louise.

Kate's hole has a sooner use by date so I'll prioritise that for a second spadeful.

Birdsfoottrefoil · 19/09/2019 12:20

Can someone direct mail me links for both Kate and Louise? If Louise has to respond to something in 14 days and Kate has until February then Louise is more urgent just now (though am I reading she is now ok?) but it is shocking that both these women have been put in this position. The months of worry, livelihoods, cost etc because of a vexatious litigant.

Before both of these cases we have Maya’s and Harry’s it is important these win too. Winning these should also help Louise and Kate.

Somerville · 19/09/2019 12:23

I’m sure Kate is incredibly grateful for all this support and would love to say that herself if it weren’t for the legal restrictions enforcing her absolute silence.

So many generous and wonderful women in this fight. Star It’s making me quite emotional.

Somerville · 19/09/2019 12:32

If Louise has to respond to something in 14 days and Kate has until February then Louise is more urgent just now

No, Kate is next in criminal court in February but she has to pay legal bills in 10 days time. Kate has already appeared (several times) in civil court, where she represented herself. (And this will presumably resume after criminal case.)

Kate can’t speak about any of these matters so this is my understanding based on closely following the journalists covering her ongoing situation - she’s had well over a year of this overtaking her whole life at this point.

I’m thrilled Louise has now filled her hole - what great news, Louise.

Thanks for wanting to help with Kate’s hole -
I’m sure someone will be in touch with link.

justasking111 · 19/09/2019 12:39

I am glad these women are being supported financially. Where does their accuser get the money from to bring these cases?

DrLouiseMoody · 19/09/2019 12:44

Can we please stop with who is more urgent? This is not a competition. I am,of course, concerned that Kate's life is not completely overtaken by this. Why, though, is she representing herself? Is a pro Bono lawyer a possibility?

I have 14 days to provide an initial response to Hayden's claim, and I want to leave that to my solicitor/barrister. After that, things will be in motion.

I'm stepping away from comments about other funds. It's off-putting. None of us should be in this situation, and I am so very very grateful for the support I'm receiving. I'm going to update about my fund today, but won't be drawn into discussions about it on here which benefit no-one.
.

happydappy2 · 19/09/2019 12:50

Frankly Louise this thread is in support of Kate-so yr comments about yr own fundraising are not really in the right place.

(Though I have contributed and am very pleased for you that you've reached yr goal & wish you luck with yr own case.)
