I hadn’t realised, today is not a trial, it is for pleading.

Just a quick post. Yes, Hayden is claiming that my publicly mis-gendering them has caused damages to the tune of 100,00 pounds.

Damages which, if awarded, would be completely tax free wouldn't they?

tbh, I'm uncertain whether today's pleading is about both civil and criminal cases or just one of them.

I wondered if Hayden is the claimant for the civil case and the witness for the criminal prosecution?

Should be Magistrates, then Crown for Criminal.

County for civil/family etc.

I wonder if the GMC monitor Harrop's twitter on a day to day basis whilst continuing their investigation or if they are just using examples sent in by complainers. I had a look at his twitter and can't see him mentioning a trip to cheer on a court case today - has he belatedly realised crowing about someone bullying and harassing women isn't a good look and he's deleted?
