Luckily I have enough spare to set aside a monthly budget for giving. After clearing a skip load of begging letters from my mothers flat, and dodged chuggers on London streets, I am not interested in giving to established charities. Instead I want to champion and support local causes/activities and individuals standing up to bullying and for my right to free speech.

I think I may have dropped the idea of Stonewall trustees finding kiwifarms. Possibly not true. But they should be carrying out some sort of due diligence/vetting for those in influential positions. As should NSPCC and others. And all parties should do this for their election candidates. Labour got it badly wrong with a couple of MPs last time. They should learn from this.

Arran In Germany gender reassignment and the GDPR has already been through the courts - I can't find it in the UK press, but basically accuracy was deemed more important than the wishes of the employee to have their original name erased from their personnel file.

I am ignorant of these things but doesn't GDPR only apply to organisations and individuals in their professional capacity, so not just me gleefully messaging a friend about X's latest online shenanigans?

So I don't see how that can be deemed something that was a secret.

H's case wrt to Louise Moody does offer some more interest. I should say that I have no idea whether H will be offering a GDPR argument it's just one that I've seen over the last year or so.
