This is a continuation of all that is JY and their waxing cases bought against minority women in Canada.

We are a fair way in, and still are no closer to knowing what the final judgment will be, but we have lots of info. and are finally seeing this case, and all the attending issues with self ID, in the public eye and main stream press.

Been busy. Just caught up a billion grotesque things I could address. Absolutely frightening how many there are but I'm going to address one particular thing. JY is claiming anorexia? GTFOH. No if he is it is blatantly obviously he has trolled young girls to find out information to fake this. How long have we as women been subjected to societal pressures to conform to media ideals? As someone that had bulimia from teens to twenties I refuse to respectect this predators pronouns.

Wrt to the deference gets as a woman, does that mean that as an actual woman I can get people banned from Twatter and Fuckbook when they say things I don't like? Can I have a police escort if I want one? Am I now "beyond any questioning, or scrutiny, or ordinary standards of behaviour??" as Zebra put it so eloquently?

I think Yaniv, as a woman, should be disrespected, paid less, silenced, ignored, just as women so often actually are.

That article really gets to the heart of The Guardian's position.

The facts of this case are that a pervy middle-class white bloke is using the law to harass and extort money from poor immigrant women.

The Guardian decides to frame it as "right wingers reporting on the story are mocking and victimising innocent trans people".

So the actual sleazy perpetrator has been erased from the story. And replaced with a different one. The right wing press and any other commentators are the perpetrators now.

And the real poor immigrant female victims are erased from the story. And replaced with different victims. People who identify as transgender. And that includes Yaniv, presumably.

she completely neglects to take into account that a woman working alone from home might have very good reasons for not admitting a strange man into her house.

She is arguing that women should accept any male into her home, to be alone with her for intimate care, if they inform her that they identify as a woman. And as we know, JY is demonstrating, that male who identifies may be someone with highly dodgy history, sexual interests and worse. But the writer is all for them cracking on with this, and the woman sucking it up in the name of..... well. Something she seems to be able to see as positive without being able to explain why, or explain the injustice and oppression of women that it involves, in order to privilege men. All men. Any men. Just facebook them and say the magic words, guys.

In her argument, she and the whole ideology come over as equally insane and stupid.

I know not everyone here is a fan of Jenn Smith but this article hits the nail on the head for where we are now.

Has JY ever actually done a day's work? You wonder how lefties can support folk like JY who are obviously just playing the system for everything they can get and make you think Trump should invade Canada and sort out the woke nonsense. Socialism only works if people don't exploit it for selfish gain. OK JY doesn't come across as the sanest citizen Canada has but their system is enabling JY's extreme nonsense and wasting a huge amount of tax payers' money on JY.

Good article by Jenn Smith, although I would take issue with the amateur-hour mental health diagnosis. How about JY is an unlikable racist mysogynistic attention-seeking con artist, with an unhealthy interest in young girls and a predeliction for foisting their paraphilias on the public? Have I missed anything?

We shouldn't be offering this POS the get out of jail free card of 'mental health' issues. JY has brought this on themselves; they could have stopped the harassment of women and girls at any time but have chosen not to do so.

I would like to thank Yaniv though for highlighting the potential problems of self ID in a way I wouldn't have thought possible a year ago. Also thanks to Null at Kiwifarms for allowing the documentation if all JY's activities. It's proving to be a valuable resource.

It's clear that many TRAs and their useful idiots allies will be distancing themselves from Yaniv as some weird aberration, but it's important to bear in mind that what's happened is totally the logical outcome of the Transwomen are women mantra.

Excellent article by Jenn Smith. It was always going to be to pass laws that do not reflect physical reality and this is where such laws have brought us. Furthermore, declaring that trans is not a mental health issue means that people such as Yaniv not only have the law on their side, but treating any mental health issues associated is very difficult as this is not a mental health issue apparently!
We really need to get back to reality, which should be reflected in law and in treatment pathways.

Yes, all wage work is coerced work; that has LONG been the left's understanding of labour relations: the need for wages is the coercion. Therefore "sex work is coerced work." There are people who might actually need the protection of a rights tribunal. But not the bullying and troubled being who wants their privates barbered under force of law.

But the National Post article spectacularly misses the point that Yaniv is a man trying to use the law to coerce women to handle his genitals.
