I was actually on the verge of calling JY's local police just before Ogre posted the blog that came from. The news that JY was apparently working with vulnerable 12 year old girls had me all poised to do it on the Tuesday after Easter, but then that got posted and I got ill at the same time and I thought that there was some safety if Ogre, who sadly has a large following and influence, was publicly turning against JY. I've now read that the police know about JYs posts and basically couldn't care less, so there wouldn't have been much point anyway.

$500,000 in costs??? 😂😂 Apologies I can't screenshot. This is from JY against JCCFCANADA for "Misconduct". The irony is strong, clearly.

JY lets Member know that:

- they want two people banned from all hearings
- they are going to apply for $500,000.00 (half a million) in costs against JCCFCanada for misconduct

Much as I admire people with a strong sense of what they want from life - I note that last week the costs JY seeks doubled from $7,500 to $15,000 or thereabouts. And now JY is seeking $500,000 for misconduct (as yet unspecified - I have to assume it's for something more than the temerity to mount a defence for the unfortunate respondents in the first 2 cases).

Given that JY has mentioned the number of suicide threats they've submitted to the member and her assistant it will be interesting to see if they succeed in:
having people banned;
being allowed a closed hearing.

I feel more comfortable about following today's case because there is no respondent in court, iirc, and less chance of witnessing what felt like the vivisection of a very vulnerable woman.

I have been following Elsie’s tweets and what has been going on in that tribunal has been farcical. Particularly the interventions (and, today, threats) from JY’s parent. It is hard to see how the decision will go JY’s way at this point, but if it does I hope the defendants’ lawyers appeal it.
