Why can’t transgender lesbians just date each other?

I keep seeing online transgender women so angry a female lesbian doesn’t want to date someone trans, but it begs the question why can’t they just date each other?

If they genuinely believe a trans woman is without question a woman and they are attracted to women then surely this would solve all their problems in terms of finding a partner? They could just date each other? Unless they don’t want to date trans women because they don’t see trans women as real women? Hmm

It’s not offensive to “make a blanket statement” that I don’t do dick / vagina (as applicable).

If someone defining their own sexuality offends you, it’s your problem not theirs. Some people are hetero / homosexual. Get over it.

The calm, patronising tone is definitely reminiscent of dystopian sci-fi.

I find the constant reminder of the time ‘invested’ here rather disconnected. We are not a group to be educated and to have a discrete time invested in our education.

The scenario is like there is a major disconnect.

You can’t even use lack of acknowledgment of the points made by other posters to say it’s a bot. That’s true of Marge PIE and many poppers too.

I really don’t know if it was a thing of education or patronisation. But it is seriously bizarre to keep mentioning the time invested in posting what seems to be posts that are so focused on the personal experiences that really do replicate so many we have read before.

I am sure I have read similar posts that also keep self confessing how patient, and understanding yet completely vain and self absorbed the poster is.

If you think I’m as an intelligent as a computer program and because of my calm demeanor and kindness to you, perhaps that explains some of my conceitedness, and I also feel sorry for the types of humans you’ve been interacting with. :-)

Out of curiosity, who aren’t trans-men harassing people in society? Why aren’t trans-men demanding access to male sports? Why are trans-men not demanding the access to men’s prisons? Why are trans-men not standing in the male changing rooms at swimming pools or public bathrooms? Why aren’t trans-men putting on performances in front of children? Where are all the trans-men? Where are the trans-men demanding accommodation of them the men around them? Are they just going about their lives, fitting into society, being nice pleasant people, and not trying to force themselves down men’s throats?

you, and every other person here. I don’t want to be the center of this conversation. I’m getting a big head and that’s not my goal. I only wished to share my own experiences, and then take a more supportive role. I don’t care what you believe. To me that’s your right!! People should be free to love who they love and be who they are. You’re people who deserve my respect and support in my opinion and have been through traumas that I can relate to. Why I wouldn’t I be on your team?

you know what? I don’t actually have a great answer for what’s going on with transexual men at this time. I can’t really speak on their behalf. I can only speak for myself. However, I would love to inform myself more on this issue and get back to you about what I learn :-)
