I'm in Nova Scotia. We have a loose motley crew of radical feminists here; nothing formally organized as of yet.
There's a group in BC called West Coast Womyn. (And I recently saw a message about some rad lesbians starting to get together in Toronto.) But it's mostly informal social networks.
Our organizations have been decimated by gender ideology. Many folks have heard of the years of attacks on Vancouver Rape Relief, which has been the only org to stand their ground, but don't know about the Vancouver Lesbian Connection case.

This person basically sued a lesbian organization out of existence, after being kicked out for being an aggressive violater of boundaries. (Took to living at the centre, directing personal mail there, inventing a job for self, etc.) They were fined for discrimination and dissolved (or went underground?)
Human Rights tribunals/commissions, plus activists in academia, have made a clear agenda of changing the law here to be on the side of gender and not sex.
Women's Centres have all become "Gender Centres".
Here on the East Coast, cities are incredibly small. There is a degree and a half of separation between everyone who lives here. So if you're involved in any progressive org or political party, there is inevitable overlap with other progressive causes. It's a small social circle, with quite a few trans folks. No one wants to be mean; virtue signalling is popular. So even if the legal threat wasn't an issue, it's social suicide to speak out.
One woman in Nova Scotia was kicked out of the New Democratic Party (the Left/Labour party in Canada) for her views on gender. She held no positions within the party, was just an ordinary member. They put her through a sort of witch trial of social media screenshots. She has become a social pariah, threatened with violence if she shows up to events, asked to leave a cafe, and people who remain friends with her are harassed and/or shunned.
Their harassment is going to backfire, though. The worse they get, the more I want to fight back.
We need to start getting organized.
