If, as per his tweet, little OJ thinks it's strange for a middle-aged man to be hanging about on Mumsnet, why is he on here? He's not exactly in the first flush of youth any more.

He also doesn't know how other middle-aged men identify. How does he know they don't identify as Mumsnetters? He needs to check his violent misgendering.

We should make him some nice banners for his next campaign:

Just for accuracy (because it is important, given how many times that pic has been posted on here) - are we quite sure that it is OJ in that pic with Jess Bradley drinking champagne on the train? It really does not look like OJ to me - hair too dark, eyes different, mouth different etc. But perhaps it is just the camera angle?

We just wanted to pop in and try and get this thread back on track.

We can see there is understandably huge strength of feeling on this issue but the repeated posting isn't really on. It's becoming a bit of a pile-on now and also we just feel it's not adding anything to the thread. We'd like to draw a line under it now and get back to discussion. There's plenty more to discuss, after all.

Just to be transparent, we wanted to let you know that we're going to delete any further cut and pastes of That Post and if it becomes too much of a doily we'll have to take the whole thread down.

As always, it's our preference to keep threads going and keep things civil wherever possible, and we're sure you'll all want to as well.
