Great so far.

They can barely bring themselves to use the words 'women and girls'.

We have been told that an inclusive word for vagina is front hole. Which is a highly offensive word for many women. The vast majority of whom would not call it that. But if a transman wants to call it that, they can crack on.

But what they can't do is then insist that the word which the vast majority of women do use, is uncoupled from the word woman - another word they don't use.

They want to rename their body parts, and rename the category to which they, as humans, belong.

But then insist that we do exactly the same, with the remaining words that they're not interested in and that they have already established, nay insisted, don't apply to them.

Do you know why this doesn't make sense?

Because it's not about being inclusive. It's about being told what to do by bunch of men. Believe me it's not the transmen who want this. It's the transwomen.

Women are only now gradually starting to use the term vulva yet still its confused and mis-named vagina and I get confused about what some women mean.

IMO the people with the power and the money have been extremely clever, in how they managed to engineer this situation where middle class straight white men are the most oppressed of the oppressed and everyone must do everything they say else transphobia. Its absolutely a backlash to feminisms gains, along wih a good old fashioned dollop of legitamizing fetishes too. All attached to a genuine cause, of people with body dysphoria who genuinely do need some understanding and such. Would you donate to a museum which was about vaginas, focussing on female vaginas because of the subjugation impact that organ has had on half the population for 6000 years?

Have stuff about obstetric history, myths, beliefs, faith, menarche, menopause, women's rights, taboos, motherhood, baby loss, health issues with vaginas and secondary things like osteporosis etc that happen because of female physiology.

Curate the history of menstrual products, contraception, birth practices - and also the way that women are abused through having a vagina, FGM, infanticide, sexual abuse, loss of education, child marriage, pay gap, VAWAG, etc, etc, etc.

Have stuff about trans issues - especially what happens to a vagina once it's owner starts on testosterone (not pretty) and the differences between a neo vagina and a real one.

Aim to have everyone leaving the museum knowing what a clitoris is, knowing something about female sexual function and knowing something about how a life is impacted by having a vagina in it.

And a REALLY good gift shop.
