Well it's the BBC. There are all those terms and conditions of the charter they are subject to. It is quite unacceptable to use a Dr who has been struck off to comment on any health matters. Lucky it's Saturday tomorrow. Plenty of time for letter writing and complaints. It's completely inappropriate. Would they get a struck off Dr to comment on any other health issue?

They have 417 trans staff members and are really, really pushing this along with all the other top organisations.
It's not exactly a sudden change of character is it.

For the next few years they will be rubbing the "we are above the law and there is fuck all you can do about it" in our faces with things like this.
