Evidence is never presented for why our leader and saviour is bad.
Mr frosty is crap, all agree
TimeLady's mum made a camp Coffee cake back in the day.
Also a coffee kisses recipe is found.
The alt-right are mentioned a lot.
Paul McCartney gets a mention
So does Terry Pratchett's discworld.
Mr Fruity is remembered and discussed.
Nazi's were mention by early.
We were told we "need a common enemy"
(Why we need this is presently unknown.)

And now the exciting conclusion....

I’ve only ever been to one Labour party do and it was full of middle class men and women. We stood out for being working class. Never did that again.
I don’t mind which mainstream party a candidate stands for. I do mind their personal politics. One that doesn’t seem keen to throw women under the bus seems good to me. Now I have to find one...

lisamuggeridge · 27/01/2019 21:19

Purpleingreensprouts
I never encountered them till austerity and I have never seen an organisation who hates particularly working class women more. Ever. Across the organisation, across its structures. Its deep rooted.

Earlywalker · 27/01/2019 21:19

Literally that was the point I had made, that woman were being hit by the tories policies. Mothers in particular.

How so floral? At an abortion you are rightly spoken to without a partner/anyone present beforehand?

As someone who was very poor, I think a lot of poor woman would rather suck up the ‘chestfeeding’ type crap than be made homeless. Obviously it’s not a choice to be made but I wouldn’t throw vulrenable woman under the bus for the ‘greater good’ as repeal has said, I’d rather not vote.

lisamuggeridge · 27/01/2019 21:21

When men are trying to colonise the term mother and mae it unspeakable you can clearly say what is happening htere is misogyny. When men declare they will only be placated by women throwing other women to be abused, thats misogyny. The targeting of this board...misogyny...and the one group who can and are legally required to spot that shit are mothers...invisible we may be but everyone rmeembers to make us the legal bottom line...and we are important enough to be subect to this shite for even speaking...

RepealTheGRA · 27/01/2019 21:25

You think I’m throwing vulnerable women under a bus? In a choice between no women having rights and some women having rights I’m going with some women having rights so there’s someone left to fight for them.

The Tories don’t get elected because labour voters vote for them, they get elected because labour voters stay at home.

And whether you agree with what I’m saying or not, I’m stating facts about how people will vote and they’re unlikely to be swayed by some sanctimonious random thinking they’re ‘bad’ on an Internet forum.

Laws depend on accurate language
Its no good saying 'we all know who the mothers are.
This is an important point.

There seems to be many new words appearing that have clearly been decided by people who have more power and influence than they ought.
Terfs, cervix havers, Womxn etc.

It reminds me of the eskimos having many more words for snow.

And we don't notice the old words slipping away.

No debate = nothing to see here.

FloralBunting · 27/01/2019 21:30

I seem to recall the conversation referenced attempts to use other terminology which would open up the possibility of legal challenge by what we would call fathers over the fate of their offspring. It was a consequence pointed out during the discussions the Irish politicians had about the wording of the legislation. I'm afraid you'll have to forgive me not searching up the precise details because I've been on my feet at work for 9+ hours and I ain't got nuthin left.

CaptainKirksSpookyghost · 27/01/2019 21:32

I think I remember, it was "mother" being changed to "parent" or something very similar.

TinselAngel · 27/01/2019 21:34

Every time I read it, the idea a man can claim to be a mother makes me furious.

If my ex ever tries it, I worry about what I'd do.

And it sounded so trendy didn't it?

littlbrowndog · 27/01/2019 21:36

Men can’t be mums. Ffs
That would be biazzare

lisamuggeridge · 27/01/2019 21:38

When we have the kind of equality that means feminism can be an ideological and theoretical pursuit, I might be with you, but women are fucked over for being women and women being made unspeakable harms all women, and democracy means that includes women who just wont even think the way you do. You cant appoit yourself the gateway to whether those women discuss that. I genuinely do not understand wht that is hard to grasp. Appointing yourself moral arbiter of who is allowed to discuss the way they are fucked over is bonkers. That means women you stand againts on everthing else, women you have a material problem with, whose entire political view is that the things you fight for shouldnt exist, they still dont have to ask you to stand up. Its about power and the power to have what women say and do controlled by a central point is not new, its nevr women who benefit from that and witchburning. Ever.

Rufusthebewilderedreindeer · 27/01/2019 21:39

alexa

The assaults at cologne

And the reporting thereof

Or lack I suppose

Up til then i was probably under the impression that the left media cared about people, then i realised that in this case at least, people didn't include women

lisamuggeridge · 27/01/2019 21:40

Any man calling himself a mother is telling you a million things you should take at face value about how he views the world. His opinion on motherhood is valueless on that basis.

WrathofRancidKlopp · 27/01/2019 21:42

So here is my lexicon compilation of just one word so far.
I thought I'd give it another mention.

Swhittle verb
To swhit·tle | \ ˈhwi-tᵊl, ˈwi-

swhittled; swhittling
Refers to legal or official documents.

Swhittle.
To intentionally replace a word in a document with a word of a different meaning in the hope that no one notices.

I'll have a look - appreciate the link - tbh every time I delve into it I get overwhelmed with all the information. I've got to have some test for T3/T4 again when I get round to it, so will go into it again as I am convinced it is at the base of adrenal issues as well. I see on that site you referred to that it references that. I am so hacked off at being sectionalised healthwise and looked at as being a bit of this and a bit of that rather than as a whole. Passed between so-called specialists but they don't have the data nor analyse what they have nor differentiate the sexes (I have big hopes for the big data approach to ME/CFS but am curious whether they actually have the base data for women).

Women's bodies are so different from men's and deserve to be treated as a different discipline altogether. I also think it's related to bullying in context - whether, at a societal or closer level. Women tend to show emotional distress in their bodies ...

Yes the reporting is gangs of youths, teenagers, football hooligans, the list goes on.
No mention that it's men.

littlbrowndog · 27/01/2019 21:55

The left is seems to me to be rich ppl pretending
But they don’t
But they have time to seem like they care
Like period poverty
They have the time to write stuff about ppl who don’t have the time to,read their stuff or understand what the6 are talining about
I game as I might have said before
With I would say 85 men nd maybe 3 women
Not one of them supported Corbin
Yet they are like 90% just like me doing ordinary jobs and ordinary life’s
Yet shouldn’t us be the ones supporting him and the left
It seems like on clan chat that Labour is so far away from ordinary ppl

RepealTheGRA · 27/01/2019 21:58

I have corrected two swhittled forms today. My tolerance for swhittling has reached an all time low Smile

So agree with what you’ve said. I’d recommend going to medichecks.com and checking out their test kits. A 24 hour saliva Adrenal test is worthwhile. I made barely any cortisol, only just on the range. I made almost no sex hormones & also very little DHEA- the mother hormone. It all crashed because of the thyroid I was told. Who knows. It is overwhelming. It absolutely sucks. Just work your way through that site at your own pace. Don’t forget to test reverse T3 and thyroid antibodies if you haven’t already. Medi checks has them all bundled up for you, so you can get a full panel inc key vitamins- absorption is affected by thyroid function. I’m now looking peri menopausal, and it’s hitting me hard with low mood and extreme fatigue. Menopause support by A Vogel has helped the fatigue, it’s a good dose of magnesium, soy and something else... hopefully some of that is helpful to you! Feel free to send me a message any time.

merrymouse · 27/01/2019 22:04

But when you talk about a rape clause and woman it’s pretty obvious who you’re talking about. We all know who bares children. Transwoman May want in on the word ‘woman’, doesn’t change oppression and issues facing actual woman or our ability to campaign against them.

No, it is transphobic to suggest only women have children and more inclusive to talk about menstruators, gestators, lactators, cervix havers, menopause havers etc etc. This is policy in left leaning organisations now.

Women who are in a majority become a series of minorities.

“Of course we aren’t discriminating against women - just the lactators who obviously can be male or female. We’d love to deal with their needs but they are such a small group in our company at any one time.

You say there is some kind of link between lactators and gestators? You say we might even be able to spot the people who could potentially gestate? No of course not, we just don’t happen to have any of those people in senior positions at this moment, but we do have the full range of genders. Perhaps you could benefit from some diversity training? You seem a little transphobic?”
