I have a friend on HRT. Still has a cock, still genetically male, but turns out he has been tested and is more of a man than any CIS woman, so I have donated said friend to someone who gives a toss.

A male would need prolactin to produce any milk at all. I wouldn't think they would be given that in hrt...

When I donated to a milk bank you had to have a baby under six months at the start of donations. Milk composition changes as your baby grows, who’s milk has it been compared with? Colostrum, a mum who lost so much blood at birth they are severely anaemic? Unsure how they would get around this. Just so much bollox (literally) it is clearly imaginary/fantasy!

Oh my word. Where to start. Beyond the practicalities of actually donating milk to a bank (so many hoops!), does he think all women just randomly produce milk all the time just because they have female hormones? His friend would have to be on some bizarre form of HRT that simulated having just given birth....and even then, to produce the levels of milk you need to donate to a milk bank, you'd need to be either feeding an actual live baby, or be pretty much permanently attached to a pump to get your milk supply established. And then keep pumping several times a day.
