"
❤️Jane Austen was a Super Plus fan, Lizzie preferred a Mooncup + Emma didn't leave Hartfield without her Thinx. But some bleeders in the UK can't afford sanitary products, imagine the scandal at the ball!💃🏽 Donate to @bloodygood__ this Festive Period & help someone's #flowhoho❣️"

Very disappointing. I can't believe we are back in the Middle Ages so comprehensively.
And no, using 'bleeder' is not "more inclusive" because it includes trans men. It is massively, massively reducing women to a (distasteful and historically considered 'impure') bodily function.

Can I start referring to men as "standuppissers"?

And I grew up in a 2 up, 2 down with no bathroom, no central heating and went to a comprehensive school. But in Wokeland, the virtuous get to identify as working class and cast their 'enemies' as uniformly privileged.

Theperfectchangeling · 13/12/2018 22:45

The song ‘Common people’ springs to mind.

adultFemaleElf · 13/12/2018 22:50

I’m an immigrant! Do I win some woke points?

ChewyLouie · 13/12/2018 22:57

It’s the ladette link and they’ve ended up as Blur 😂

Katvonblackdeath · 13/12/2018 23:02

How much sugar IS there in a raisin?

Distracted

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 13/12/2018 23:11

So she’s a naice middle class white woman - bitching about supposed middle class white women? Silly mare.

Oh dear - the most obnoxious type of person you can meet then. Privileged and not very bright.

adultFemaleElf · 13/12/2018 23:13

This is funny, they are totes getting their knickers in a twist trying to be inclusive, and still pissing their masters I mean allies off

Ok. Maybe I’m being extremely dim but in what way do transwomen need sanitary products?

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 13/12/2018 23:16

The Bearded Man Speaks and small woman squeaks. How pathetic.

LangCleg · 13/12/2018 23:22

Posh people trying to improve the poor, as ever.

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 13/12/2018 23:25

I bet they pat them on the head whilst playing lady/lord/lzdy bountiful.

ScipioAfricanus · 13/12/2018 23:25

‘I do hope...’ phrasing straight from Dr H’s handbook.

ChewyLouie · 13/12/2018 23:30

Hamilton, maybe he was referring to hand wash or a sanitary bin for his bathroom? Bless her, all she heard was the command “ jump”and in her haste she got the wrong end of the stick.

SirVixofVixHall · 13/12/2018 23:33

Transwomen are “every bit as much in need of sanitary products” ?! .
What for, quilting? Christmas decorations?
What possible use could they find for them ?

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 13/12/2018 23:34

Bullet or stab wounds. I hear sanitary pads make good emergency dressings.

FloralBunting · 13/12/2018 23:35

Validation, darling. Tres simples...

AspieAndProud · 13/12/2018 23:41

What possible use could they find for them ?

Pouring blue water on them and then rollerblading in white hotpants just like women in TV ads?

TwistedStitch · 13/12/2018 23:46

I think that guy is a parody account. Although I admit it is pretty hard to tell these days!

ChewyLouie · 13/12/2018 23:46

Some gems here 😆 I’ve got another : It’s cold out. If you get the old fashioned thick ones you can stick them on the wall to provide an extra layer of insulation, painting a feature wall is so passé now.

TwistedStitch · 13/12/2018 23:48

Even Harrop has realised that insisting women be fine with being called bleeders is not a good look!

You could use them as padding for your knees when you're doing floor scrubbing, toilet cleaning and all those other lovely jobs a woman enjoys before she paints her nails.

Ugh I cannot stand AH’s constant use of ‘c*s’. As usual though his grandiose Twitter writing style is quite fun - I especially like how he he sets out that he ‘does not and never will menstruate’ - just in case everything was so confusing nowadays with constant goal post gender shifting that we might think ‘never say never!’.

FloralBunting · 14/12/2018 00:19

But how can he be so sure? It's a very definite phrase to use, to say that you will never menstruate. How can he know, given the utterly mysterious, impenetrable nature of sex, that we are only just beginning to understand is far more complicated than the simple female/male binary we previously believed, that he won't wake up one morning and realize he needs to pop out for a big bag of cheap 99p night-time pads?
