Lily Madigan and the School Saga

Lily Madigan has been self-praising again, with more details about how they "sued" their school.

They hired a "team of solicitors", to "advice" Lily and the "principle" gave in on all their "demands".

The truth is slightly different.

Lily arrived at school wearing basically a boob tube. They were sent home because it was against uniform policy. Any girl wearing that for school would have been asked to change or go home. It's clear Lily was looking for a reason to kick things off.

Lily was not "made to wear a man's suit". They were asked to adhere to the school uniform - like any pupil. The girls wear a blazer too and can wear a skirt or trousers; many girls choose to wear trousers and the blazer.

Lily organised a petition. It was an ONLINE petition, quite different to a paper one. The support Lily claimed she had is very difficult to prove.

The school's staff tried very hard to placate Lily. They had meetings with their mother, the pastoral care team, etc - and got nowhere. It apparently caused distress to Lily's younger sister who was at school.

Lily contacted a solicitor in London. Because of the Equality Act the school did have to cater to transgender pupils - and when the school was informed of their obligations they changed their policy in accordance to the Act.

There was no suing of the school. There was no legal action, certainly no "legal battle", as Lily repeatedly claims.

There was no victimisation of Lily. Afterwards, the school said they had tried very hard for Lily and their words and actions had been deliberately twisted.

And now Lily still says that "they won", they "got it all", and that they did all this behind their parents' backs, and then "embarked on a media tour".

Lily's parents knew about it all, right from the day Lily was sent home.

PainInTheEar

After I did a huge, inadvertently theatrical sigh on reading that, I thought:

so, drug dealing -which is also work - "who is anyone to say that's wrong?"

dillydallyXX · 12/12/2018 10:19

All Lily does is reveal her true self.

No right-minded woman would ever advocate for a woman to be a sex worker or pornstar. Only somebody like Madigan would say that. Dreadful.

Also, advocating it as a legitimate form of work leads - as we often point out - to women being told they must consider it as a form of work.

AngryAttackKittens · 12/12/2018 10:25

Allow me to translate that for you.

"Advocate for choice and make more porn for me to wank to."

VickyEadie · 12/12/2018 10:27

"Advocate for choice and make more porn for me to wank to."

It's interesting how so many of the prominent TRAs advocate such things, isn't it?

OnTheDarkSideOfTheSpoon · 12/12/2018 10:32

Sadly lots of libfems also support sex work so LM isn't alone in that.

VickyEadie · 12/12/2018 10:35

Well, yes - they support most of the other absolute bollocks these people come out with, too.

dillydallyXX · 12/12/2018 10:43

well, let's ask any woman who has been a sex worker or worked in porn. I would bet any penny I have that not one would recommend another woman doing it.

It's easy to mock Lily's brain-dead tweets and constant lying, etc, but it genuinely angers me that Lily pontificates to women about the virtues of sex work. It's really horrible.

Danaquestionseverything · 12/12/2018 10:50

Well the "lesbian" relationships don't appear to have had much success. Looks like sex workers (God I hate that phrase) may be the only option.
Would fit in the demographic that seek them out. Just saying....

dillydallyXX · 12/12/2018 10:54

I might be wrong here, but I've noticed something quite interesting/revealing about Madigan.

Madigan is never seen around other trans people. There friends are girls. And when trans people have tweeted Lily and asked questions, she either ignores them or just tweets a one-word reply. That signifies she is uncomfortable.

Do you think this is because Lily know she isn't really trans, and just a fraud.

Does anyone want to take a bet on how long it will be before LM's experience of sex work / porn work gets mentioned?

NotANotMan · 12/12/2018 10:59

Lily's new bff is a prostitute who posts clips of herself peeing on twitter. Make of that what you will

Umm lily is exactly as trans as anyone else is

Danaquestionseverything · 12/12/2018 11:05

Yes. I think your observations are bang on Diilydally.

Hmmm sounds rather trumpian Hmm

NotANotMan · 12/12/2018 11:12

I don't believe in true or fake trans. Trans is a subjective identity that can neither be verified nor falsified.

I agree.

If you don’t think it’s reasonable for the job centre to send you (or your wife/your mum/your daughter) to an interview at a brothel and take away your benefits if you turn down a job offer then you don’t really believe that ‘sex work’ is work.

My point exactly.

Exactly. At the LAWS event Julie Bindel mentioned a woke young bro who said there was no difference between the abuse a sex worker suffers and the rough time he'd had working at McDonalds.

When she asked him if he'd rather be earning money taking it up the arse, though, he suddenly changed his mind.

Yep.

Not taking that bet, not a gambler. But I know a bad bet when I see it.
