He could access anyone's records but it would be unlawful for him to do so unless this person was a medical patient of his. The system keeps track and people have been caught out snooping.

Is he allowed to treat patients unsupervised? Given his volatility and vindictiveness, I have little faith in his inclination or even ability to restrain that temper of his, should he be presented with a difficult patient or even a co-operative patient who happens to hold different political views to himself.

Imagine a woman taken to ER with a heart attack, only to look up and see a wild-eyed Haddock looming over her on the gurney. What if she's wearing an AHF t-shirt?

What other political issues boil this haddock's piss? How does the haddock treat retired bricklayers with Brexit shirts? And how many other issues, politics, religion, boil the haddock's piss? If they're On The Wrong Side OF History, unlike the noble haddock, are they treated with normal civility, or does he turn into the pink-faced, bulging eyed maniac we've seen huffing and puffing on telly?

I mentioned that I was shocked by his implicit threat of doxing and violence to Harry Miller (limerick liking man). Dr Harrop’s friend Stephanie then issued me with 2 very nasty & menacing legal threats, warning me not to cross the line or else.

And the good doctor (God Bless him and all who sail in him) started tweeting a photo of the interior of my husband’s parish church, saying it was the only one he would visit.

Staggering.

He described his boyfriend as 'grounding' him. I've heard that term used only twice about partners before, in both cases by people with bipolar disorder who were subject to bouts of mania. Most people don't need partners to ground them, it's an odd choice of phrase.
