Well said Debbie - women should define their boundaries

RedToothBrush · 18/10/2018 22:53

Wordsalad lady is keeping the seat warm.

CoolCarrie · 18/10/2018 22:53

That was about Ruth who is bloody brilliant!

Destinysdaughter · 18/10/2018 22:53

Segregation from men? Yes we do bloody want it, and need it Helen!

adulthumanandtired · 18/10/2018 22:53

Helen has just said he doesn't want safe spaces for transwomen, it's all about his validation.

heresyandwitchcraft · 18/10/2018 22:53

You know what, SEX is a real, biological, THING.
You can't actually change it.
It means something. My sex has shaped who I am.
The female sex is separate from the male sex.
Females need to have their own identity, with services.
If you want to have a piece of paper with your gender identity, I don't care.
Just DO NOT COME FOR MY SEX.
Thank you, Debbie, regarding boundaries.
Helen, you don't want third spaces because they don't validate you.

RedToothBrush · 18/10/2018 22:53

Wordsalad lady is good at nodding.

boatyardblues · 18/10/2018 22:53

Ruth raises 3rd spaces.

Debbie saying women should be able to determine their own boundaries....

Helen Belcher using disabled access to say 3rd spaces won’t happen.

TwistedStitch · 18/10/2018 22:54

HB just proving there that it's about validation and not safety. HB wouldn't want a third space anyway.

HandsOffMyRights · 18/10/2018 22:54

Bingo...there it is. Non binary.

Go Ruth. Sex, not gender.
Not assigned

OP posts:
GColdtimer · 18/10/2018 22:54

"My identity is a woman". Newsmight viewers everywhere going "yeah right".

Yay. Well done Ruth. Challenging sex being assigned at birth. Brilliant.

Destinysdaughter · 18/10/2018 22:54

Gender is not assigned at birth, sex is recorded at birth. Yeah!

SPOFS · 18/10/2018 22:54

Aimee Challenor

Trans people deserve so much better than this. They deserve a decent spokesperson. Aimee is not it.

boatyardblues · 18/10/2018 22:55

Yay! Ruth saying sex is recorded at birth, not assigned. She’s covering lots of great points.

Now sports. Helen being utterly disingenuous.

RedToothBrush · 18/10/2018 22:55

Helen Belcher: Sport doesn't matter, because I'm fat and don't do sport. I don't care about sport.

Nothing better to peak viewers that a clearly male person saying they have the right to access women's spaces.

heresyandwitchcraft · 18/10/2018 22:56

Helen tries to swerve the sports question. Obviously Helen is for removing the single-sex exemptions.

colouringinpro · 18/10/2018 22:56

So much respect for those women.

tobee · 18/10/2018 22:56

That fucking useless Diva woman!! Just able to do her learnt woke speech. Asked about Philip Bunce she was completely tongue tied.

Last word to the trans!

So are the bbc just not allowed to elaborate on the crimes of David Challoner? Or give details about Karen White? Surely, that must be a defined policy decision they've made?

FlowersAndHerts · 18/10/2018 22:56

Aimee Challenor and "get over it" will have peak transed many people.

RedToothBrush · 18/10/2018 22:56

Did they say Aimee Challenor had joined the LDs?

heresyandwitchcraft · 18/10/2018 22:57

Team Woman's Place UK for the win! That felt like a really weird conversation, but thanks Debbie and Ruth!

Velella · 18/10/2018 22:57

We need to see more of Doc Stock and more of Aimee Challenor.

CoolCarrie · 18/10/2018 22:57

I wonder if there will be anything on Question Time tonight which is on BBC 1 now.
