Totally agree with you @deepwatersolo, and twitter isn’t even on the radar for a lot of people. So much of twitter really is a big-fish-small-pond scenario, shame for them as I’m pretty sure there’s been lots of statistics showing that mothers and women’s influence voting/buying habits etc of people around them more than any other group of people. I mean we all how much MN is hated and targeted - we influence and we’re hated for it.

I know how handmaidens and TRA think. I've seen it enough times. Same stuff trotted out. But (many of) the comments in that link are still pretty fucking shocking.

I picked up my Metro in Norwich today, there are piles of them free on all the city buses and they all get picked up. Well done on spreading the message!

Had picked up a copy of the Metro when I got off the bus (not in London) and hadn't even looked at it. So thanks for the info. Although there is also an article about the programme Butterfly in there as well (which I haven't read). Are The Metro covering their arses?

There are some things people can't do or be by virtue of the body they were born into. The trick is not to encourage them to want want the can't have (that is cruel), the trick is to encourage them to accept what they do have.

Over50 I'm sure trans identified people have their struggles. We all do. Unfortunately it's not our problem if biology is upsetting to them.
