Transwomen have always been eligible for all women shortlists.
I thought it was a sex exemption.
TW with GRC maybe
Everyone else >> not so much
If Labour have always allowed anyone onto the shortlists as long as they uttered the magic words "I'm a woman" then they have been breaking the law for longer is all.
It's not "All feminine-people shortlsts" although with their habit of chucking out butch lesbians I suppose that's where they want to get to.
So to recap accoridng to Labour:
A woman is anyone who says they are one
Unless they don't perform femininity and then they aren't a woman at all (and they don't get to say what they are or are not > someone else decides)
So men say if they are IN the group women
And men say which women (cunty) must leave the group women
Well, whatever. So over all this utter steaming horseshit.
