They seem to be saying all the trans criminals are actually transgender, not just men abusing the system.

When there are so many points to address, it's quite amazing that it misses all of them so spectacularly.

If Labour have always allowed anyone onto the shortlists as long as they uttered the magic words "I'm a woman" then they have been breaking the law for longer is all.

So to recap accoridng to Labour:

A woman is anyone who says they are one
Unless they don't perform femininity and then they aren't a woman at all (and they don't get to say what they are or are not > someone else decides)

So men say if they are IN the group women
And men say which women (cunty) must leave the group women
