First and last time I bother watching This Morning

Well there was no way she was ever going to succeed there. It was deliberately stacked from the start.

Given the other coverage they've given this issue it's not surprising. They have an official take on it. Anti-woman.

They went to town on Posie but I think she came out of it looking dignified and not at all rattled. IW on the other hand looked about to flip their lid.

Did Posie lose her temper?

How do I contact This Morning so I can make a comment in support of what Posie was saying?

India managed to keep her cool I thought. But interesting the main argument was "be nice".

Posie was brilliant even though it was three against one. Ruth and Eamon were really biased and they were doing their best to portray her as transphobic, whatever that means. Well done Posie, have a well deserved drink later

I don't do twitter. I want to make the point that the vast majority of transwomen have not been through the journey IW did because most have no physical changes whatsoever and never intend to do so.

That was really biased. Although I did laugh at India having a little preen when Posie said they look like a woman. It’s so utterly vacuous.

India came across as measured and thoughtful and open and Posie seemed angry and dismissive.

It wasn’t well matched.

Posie can hold her own, but it is really manipulative to pitch it as a personal attack on India, just to make Posie look mean.

That wasn't good. If I knew nothing about this debate I'd side with poor tragic India.

I think Posie needed to say very firmly that people can have sympathy for gender dysphoria and empathise with the fact that some people feel a lot of distress at being in their own body (because a minority do) but that ultimately just because a few individuals feel unhappy, doesn't mean you make sweeping changes to society which put women at risk.

I think Posie had all 3 people against her and I've no doubt that is difficult to handle bit they made her look a bit obsessed with some minor issue that is a) unimportant and b) not inclusive (vomit)
