Daily Mail story here:

At one point it claims Jackie had the op in the US, which is a lie.
"Thanks to her supportive parents, she was started on hormone drug treatment at 14, which meant she never underwent male puberty, her voice never deepened, and she never grew masculine proportions or features.
After gender affirmation, blockers are no longer needed, although transgender people must take cross-hormones for life."
Which is a mess of a passage. What is 'gender affirmation'?
Jackie's doctor as I understand it said:
- puberty blocker hormones at 13
- cross-sex hormones at 14
Susie/Jackie also claim this:
"And so, aged 16, Jackie Green became the youngest person in the world to undergo transgender surgery."
They are quite proud of this, but it is I think untrue, depending on your definition of 'transgender surgery'. Certainly 'top surgery' is being performed younger than 16, and in India and Thailand, I think castrations are/were commonly performed on boys of perhaps 14.
Also 'supportive parents' - Susie got divorced when Jackie was quite young.
"Susie, whose charity Mermaids supports gender diverse and transgender children, explained that similar to the Butterfly storyline, she and her husband Tim, 54, split up, but it wasn't because of Jackie."
This is not quite how she has put it in previous talks. The way she put it, Tim was having none of Jackie's cross-dressing, 'girl' toys, etc., and that was indeed what split them up.
