At the 2018 Connecticut State track & field championships, of the 6 medalists in the men's and women's 100 meters finals, 5 were biologically male.

Women. The word you are looking for is women. Because you cannot have polycystic ovaries unless you have ovaries (I speak as someone who did indeed suffer from PCOS as a younger woman).

And it raises your testosterone from about 1.5nmol/litre to about 2.5. Nowhere near the 10 to 30 nmol/litre in men, which is the biological category these young athletes competing (according to their own testimony on twitter and similar social media) without any hormone blockers or cross-sex hormones (not that those actually make anywhere near as much difference as trans-allies claim they do).

Yes - really don't bring PC ovary S into this if you want to be taken seriously. Pcos isn't remotely related to trans or intersex. The people who try to coopt it should perhaps consider that the treatments are often things like antiandrogens, ovulation inducers - not some sort of conversion therapy but correcting an abnormality and always in the direction of preserving fertility.

Sometimes I wish there was a third sex who were taller, stronger and more muscular than men, so they would understand a bit of what women experience. But then I immediately stop wishing for that because I wouldn’t want the males I love to feel that way.

I very much doubt they are keen to see women's sport go down the plughole but it's too risky to say anything
Their governing bodies woudl probably get lobbied to ban them

Rember the IOC decided that the ONLY difference bewteen men and women is testosterone levels and then set the level that a man could compete in women's sports at the lower end of normal for men (and many times above normal range for women).

Sure sports people I'm sure often have unusual readings and stuff but still this smelt like shit to me.

Pelvis. Length of bones. Lung capacity. Forearm muscles. Forearm rotation and how arms hang by our sides. Fat distribution. Calorie consumption even when we are sitting doing nothing much.

Other charatceristics - disability, age etc - generally people kick back when other say they identify into these groups - although transage and transabled are a thing. But. When I complete the consultation I'm going to concentrate on this area quite a bit, because I'm a distance runner. I was working out the difference in the world records for some of events I do the other day and it is around 10% as people have said. There is no possible way we can up our game by 10% to compete with men. It will make an absolute mockery of womens' sport. What incentive is there for young girls and women going into sport? They'll never get anywhere as men will get all the bloody medals in both the mens' and womens' events!
