It’s on YouTube link on page 5 of this thread

Ah! I thought I'd closed it without saving, but I just found the few seconds I recorded of Dr Nic and Tara with the finger and last bit of shoutiness. Happy to send the Mp4 file to anyone if they want to publish online?

Ekphrasis · 10/09/2018 16:10

Sorry not rtft- This is really interesting from the trans crime site. The legal significance bit. If they'd had a GRC would this be different? The paper can't alter biology.

"The MoJ reportedly state in court papers that Hudson “is as a matter of biological fact a man” and add that the term “transwoman” has no legal significance. They say they have adopted female pronouns when referring to Hudson only “out of respect for her wishes”.
Despite never obtaining a GRC and being biologically male, Hudson said: “I was horrified when I read the defence from the MoJ. It states that I’m a male, which is a complete insult, humiliating and wrong because I’ve been living as a female all my adult life. I’m not a drag act.”"

I bet the BBC are getting bombarded by TRA complaining

Ekphrasis · 10/09/2018 16:12

Interesting I still can't watch it on iplayer. I wonder if it's being edited.

Cuntysnark · 10/09/2018 16:13

Dr Nic was cool as a cucumber. Brilliant.

ShotsFired · 10/09/2018 16:19

One small point. You may wish to consider using different credentials if complaining to the BBC, given their huge trans-bias. You just don't know who is on the staff there and what they might do with full names and email information.

CesiraAndEnrico · 10/09/2018 16:29

I could kiss Tara Hudson, but am leery of people who break other people's teeth, so won't. That was a double bubble of throwing the TRAs under the bus. Am well chuffed.

Three women calm and collected, being deeply reasonable, making good, logical points with understated emotion and full self control.

Plus Tara. Grin

PositivelyPERF · 10/09/2018 16:32

I could kiss Tara Hudson Would that mean you’re a lesbian? 😉 😀

happydappy2 · 10/09/2018 16:35

kimcheesepickle thank you for the link to video on youtube-I can't watch on player which seems odd. Tara is clearly only concerned about the fact that they could potentially be incarcerated with men if they commit another crime. Nic is a superstar.

CesiraAndEnrico · 10/09/2018 16:36

PositivelyPERF

I'm very married, there were no intended tongues. Grin

It was a hypothetical, gingerly placed kiss on the cheek.... with telescopic lips cos dentists are expensive.😬

You’re a braver woman than me. Between the fear of getting a Glasgow kiss or taking an allergic reaction to the inch thick makeup, I’d have to pass. 😁

MsBeee · 10/09/2018 16:59

Its still not on player!! Look at this tweet to FPW, I bet the Beeb in getting totally bombarded and threatened and told to not put it on player.

Why was Tara in prison?

A barman refused him drink because he was drunk.
Hudson rearranged his face. The barman needed surgery and prolonged dental work. For doing his job.

In deciding the sentence of immediate prisonment, the judge took account of Thug's previous convictions for similar violent episodes involving innocent bystanders.

That's just silly no one at the BBC is going to do something untoward with complaint info.

OrchidInTheSun · 10/09/2018 17:03

You were brilliant DrNic!

Tara seemed ... unwell.

I have taken the liberty of downloading that YouTube recording just in case the BBC decide to 'disappear' it

MsBeee · 10/09/2018 17:04

We are extremists. Jesus the language, keep going TRA the more you do this the clearer the narcissistic bullying becomes.

HavingALittleBabyToolshed · 10/09/2018 17:06

I’ve complained to the BBC.

MsBeee · 10/09/2018 17:06

I think the BBC are going to disappear it, cowards

WichBitchHarpyTerfThatsMe · 10/09/2018 17:06

That was a very badly judged response from Tara, wonder if they regret it?

Good to finally see something with more balance from the BBC.Though taking the iPlayer episode down is a bit shit.

Wanderabout · 10/09/2018 17:10

Happy to send the Mp4 file to anyone if they want to publish online?

Though giving out details online to someone anonymous is probably unwise as you never know.

iamawoman · 10/09/2018 17:14

Do you think 'Willy nilly' was a Freudian slip by Tara- the problem is most transgender 'women' are not Willy nilly-they have their willies intact!!

MonotonousSeagull · 10/09/2018 17:23

Tara also appeared to have pic of semi-naked lady behind her. Nothing wrong with that, but a tiny bit unusual on daytime telly...

Floisme · 10/09/2018 17:33

If this is how Tara Hudson behaves when the cameras are rolling I dread to think what goes on behind closed doors.

2rebecca · 10/09/2018 17:36

I watched it on the BBC website at a about 3pm. Found it by clicking on the BBC 2 TV guide The finger gesture was still there then. Now gone
