Scuttlebutt is that JB is under police investigation, as the cartoons on the blog may count as illegal images of child abuse.
This is very third hand, uncertain how reliable.
Certainly then acquaintances are quick to distance themselves. JB has lost a lot of support.

UndercoverGC · 24/08/2018 01:00

Definitely Greater Manchester police.

ChattyLion · 24/08/2018 09:03

...Still nothing said from the NUS about this then...? Hmm

Stickerladiesoftheworldunite · 24/08/2018 09:05

Are there now similar reporting restrictions centred around the Green party?

I was wondering this. Aimee's Twitter account has been taken down too.

Procrastinator1 · 24/08/2018 09:26

In the latest Private Eye article it says that JB is not under police investigation, that was one of the reasons that PE said that an injunction should not be given. If I was brave enough I would ask Greater Manchester police if JB was being investigated and the NUS whether they had reported the contents of the blog to the police.

It's astonishing that people demanded Merseyside police investigate sticker women yet there is no investigation or calls for such into Jess Bradley

AncientLights · 24/08/2018 10:58

Just catching up on this after being intrigued by the David Challoner story. Melamim makes the point above about lots of MH workshops looming: I was thinking of doing one, now I will so's I can see what happens and report back.

Rosemary46 · 24/08/2018 10:59

Why are politicians genuflecting at men who might as well have a banner saying 'we fucking hate women

Maybe because they hate women and have now found a socially and polically acceptable way to speak and act out that hatred ?

Procrastinator1 · 24/08/2018 11:15

Absolutely Sarah Conor In the Merseyside stickerwoman case a tweet seemed sufficient, although not heard anything more about the "investigation".

TransplantsArePlants · 24/08/2018 15:42

Sticker penises bad, actual penises good!

Or so it seems.

I posted this on Aug 6

It wouldn't surprise me if Joshua Harry Bradley, the NUS director as currently recorded in Companies House, isn't allowed to quietly resign their post.

Checking Companies House today, well, surprise, surprise

BRADLEY, Joshua Harry
Correspondence address
Ian King House, Snape Road, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK10 2NZ
Role Resigned Director
Date of birth November 1998
Appointed on 1 February 2018
Resigned on 30 June 2018
Nationality British
Country of residence England
Occupation Nus Officer

beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/08015198/officers

So why did Bradley resign way back in June?

IncrediblySturdyPyjamas · 26/08/2018 12:39

I've literally just been waiting for Companies House to update.

Of course they resigned quietly!

birdbandit · 26/08/2018 13:17

Keep posting, keep recording. When this stuff gets exposed properly, then no one can say "he fooled us all".

ChattyLion · 26/08/2018 13:30

OK so now there is REALLY no reason for the NUS not to make a comment on this. A key member of staff has resigned!
Why? What do they have to say about that.

Is there any connection with how the NUS Chief Executive (Simon Blake) seems to have left and the NUS said they will be working out the succession plan, I wonder?

Or maybe it’s sheer coincidence. Confused

You’d think the NUS would want to set the public record straight either way.

TimeLady · 26/08/2018 13:50

Bradley has resigned as a director, but is still listed on the NUS website as Trans officer

WhereDoWeBeginToCovetClarice · 26/08/2018 13:52

The silence on all this is deafening

BraveAndStunning · 26/08/2018 18:08

Why is there complete silence on this? Do they think we will just forget?

birdbandit · 26/08/2018 18:16

This, and what's happening with the Green Party.

They think it'll go away, but there are too many of us asking questions, taking notes, taking screen shots.

If we keep asking, keep these threads going, keep making new threads, when the shit hits the fan they can't pretend they weren't culpable.

FloralBunting · 26/08/2018 18:20

I think the idea is radio silence + time = the news cycle moving on and it not seeming relevant any more.

It's a bit like staying very still behind the curtain and holding your breath so that no one notices your cock peeking through the curtain because there will probably be something else to distract everyone in a minute and you can slip out of the room quietly.

I imagine. I've never had a cock, so I don't know what it would be like to get it out in public and both show it off and hope no one notices. Jess Bradley does, though.

Charliethefeminist · 26/08/2018 18:21

Aimee's resignation is a new and entirely legitimate peg for the story. There really are no excuses at all.

birdbandit · 26/08/2018 18:26

I thought Jess Bradley wanted folk to notice she had her cock penis out in public? She did after all public pics of her doing just that, on the internet (we all have copies..)

Given how Jess Bradley (yep the same Jess Bradley who helped write all those government and school docs saying Trans people would never do that). Given that Jess actively encouraged others to play the "exhibitionizm" game,

I thought she wanted us to see her penis, but not be able to do anything about it?

FloralBunting · 26/08/2018 18:35

Yes, birdbandit, I think you are correct. Jess Bradley got her cock out repeatedly in public, and posted pictures of herself doing that, and the only thing she didn't want related to us noticing was the consequences of being exposed as a creepy individual with no concern for anyone else's boundaries.

All while advising the government that women's boundaries weren't important.

OrchidInTheSun · 26/08/2018 19:35

Bradley wanted us to see their cock. That's the whole point of exhibitionism, no? Clue is in the name

paintedwingsandgiantrings · 26/08/2018 19:35

Aimee's resignation is a new and entirely legitimate peg for the story

Has Aimee resigned? Or do you mean Jess?
