Are dames under the trans umbrella too now? Smile

A statement outlining Stonewall's policy position on the casting of Widow Twankey in all future productions of Aladdin is expected any day now...

She's behind you...

JB was certainly more of a manipulator than a charmer and did so by claiming to be a vulnerable victim.

I am sure the wonky look was part of that image - in the 'official' photos it looks a bit put on, really.

FloralBunting · 31/07/2018 21:54

"#There is nothing like a dame...#"

CertainHalfDesertedStreets · 31/07/2018 21:55

Surely Karen Jones fits the Ian Huntley MNHQ test? As in 'we're unlikely to delete you and give you a strike for referring to Ian Huntley as 'he''?

Karen Jones was a man when trying to rape that shop assistant and is a man now. I can tell he wasn't 'living as a woman' and clearly will never be capable of such a thing whatever the fuck it is anyway because one thing women really don't do is fail to rape shop assistants because of a too flaccid dick. Hmm

TheOrderOfThePenis · 31/07/2018 21:55

Zie’s begins you! could catch on?

TheOrderOfThePenis · 31/07/2018 21:56

Zie’s behind you! 🙄

theOtherPamAyres · 31/07/2018 22:04

I am now in favour of calling Jess Bradley a 'she' and that's what I am going to do.

To call her anything else is to go along with the idea that she wasn't really a transwoman but a man all along.

It sounds utterly ridiculous to talk about 'she' and 'her' in the same breath as willy wanking, and I hope that people will react to the nonsense in the way that I intend. It makes my points more powerful, I reckon.

I agree with Pam on the gendering.
Really brings home the ridiculousness of the situation when you have to explain, no mother she wasn't taking pictures of flashers and using it as art on her blog, it was her own penis she was getting out and posting on the Internet.
Most normal people are like wtf Confused
Plus, she is a Transwoman, not any man or any pervert, someone who is using the Trans cause to get next to women and girls. Makes the no true Scotsmen defence less likely.

JillyArmeeen · 31/07/2018 22:14

Above post should say allegedly obvs

LaSquirrel · 31/07/2018 22:17

I agree with the comments that this is probably well beyond just an NUS internal investigation, and that it is perhaps being investigated by the police. I had the misfortune/stupidity to click on one or two of those pictures from the archive of that blog - and the males looked very young (I did not study the pictures for more than about three seconds). All very disturbing.

I think it does in this case but it's a principle of mine. I fully understand why you are though.

StormyDaniels · 31/07/2018 22:24

VaggieMight someone on here started doing a gender critical signature at the end of their posts (a bit like Netmums, only with a lot less sparkly ticker tape obviously). If it catches on, I think this should be yours -

I can only speak for myself, but as a woman I've bought lots of underwear and accessories and never once attempted to rape the shop assistant. Maybe that's why I've never been invited at the House of Lords.

LaSquirrel · 31/07/2018 22:24

Thanks PissedOffWoman for the book recommendation - 'Predators' by Anna Salter, putting it my list!

And about to watch the video Jacky.

Sunset the statement from UoB Trans Officer, that first paragraph is pure reversal. Tells you/us/everyone far more about them and their tactics and motivations.

Can't remember if I posted this on other thread before it got shut.

In general, in society, we frequently see

That when women do things badly/ wrong/ illegal - they are letting down their role sex, it is used as evidence against all women

When men do things badly/ wrong/ illegal - they are acting only for themselves, it never is said to reflect badly on men in general

So with that in mind, the response to this will be interesting.

NothingOnTellyAgain · 31/07/2018 22:28

Whole not role!!

IamalsoSpartacus · 31/07/2018 22:30

On the question of why take the risk - upthread.

Suggests to me that the behaviour displayed on the blog is not optional to them. So the fetish for exposure whilst dressed in feminine clothing is the entirety of the “identity.”

My transvestive ex said that it was a compulsive behaviour ( to dress as a woman and then go and flash his cock).

Hygge · 31/07/2018 22:32

I just bought the Predators book because of this thread, so thank you from me too @PissedOffWoman.

Someone linked a newspaper article that quoted Carter Whatnot and their quote said something along the lines of "It doesn't matter if it's a famous singer or a student officer" so surely that's them outing their own client a little bit.

After the DM report the others I've seen haven't named JB or their role, just said a union rep. That could have been any union but Carter Thingy have said student officer so made it more specific themselves.

You'd expect them to be careful on their own wording so do you think they think Student Officer is still vague enough to not give the organisation JB works for away?

LangCleg · 31/07/2018 22:33

I cannot accept that our government is not doing even cursory checks on people who advise them on policies that will have safeguarding implications.

And then criticise the "tone" of the debate when women - some of them "purported feminists" - point this out to them.

NothingOnTellyAgain · 31/07/2018 22:36

That statement grom UOB

First they say that the "allegations" may be untrue
Then they say priority is to support victims

That seems weird
I thought it was stuff from JB blog, so lying "accusers" - the evifence is by JB's own hand
And JB has categorically stated that no one nonconsenting was involved, so why is this ally of theirs talking about victims?

My read on that is that the author knows more about what JB has been up to than they are letting on/ than is public knowledge?

Other point is that violent sexual threats are standard for women who disagree with the gender people's views. The statement about putting victims first - I don't think that would apply to all victims to be entirely honest.
