You'd think the transactivists at ATH would be mostly vegan but if you read their manifesto, one of their main demands is for free FFS. Turns out they're actually big Birdseye fans after all! (They must've tried the tartare with ketchup after reading about it on Mumsnet...)

My opinion is that yellow mustard sauce only has a place in the bin. Whatever you put it on only ever tastes of mustard, which isn't a great flavour. DH puts it on sausages. WHYYYY? Everyone knows it's ketchup with sausages and a little brown sauce with bacon if you're that way inclined. Not mustard.
Mustard seeds are nice in curries though.

I think that some people obviously have too much time on their hands and not enough to keep their minds busy. Some people shoukd maybe get their backsides down to a homeless shelter or kids drop in club and do something useful that isn't bandwagon relayed (which believe it or not, not everything is).

Mustard is essential in cheese sauce for cauli cheese. Mix of mustards and cheese, depending on protein offering.

The squirty, rubbish american mustard is essential on very large hot dogs WITH ketchup

Agree with much of what you're saying re: mustard and its uses Bum, it's essential in cheese sauce (Dijon) and cheese scones (mustard powder)

I like a honey & wholegrain mustard glaze on a pork chop but super especially on a good quality banger (with bacon wrapped round and made into toad in the hole) and Dijon again when making burgers as beef loves a bit of mustard imao
