Can't we resolve all these Trans vs feminist issues with a third space option?

Male/Female as well as unisex intimate spaces
Unisex for those who do not mind (or don't want to wait ages for the bog!) But M/F spaces respect those who have religious reasons for intimate spaces away from the opposite sex and also people who need these spaces because of trauma.

Prison's for transgender folk who feel threatened in male spaces.
Nobody should be at risk from sexual violence

Domestic violence and rape crisis support services for transwomen.
Don't trans folk deserve specialist services? If I was a victim of assault I would want people who understood me to provide support

This is all I want and I am sure many women on this sight feel the same. Is this a valid working compromise?

I think the one advantage of the people coming on here spouting utter bollocks day after day is its making me more careful to look up stats etc and make sure that my arguments have evidence behind them. I’m sure i’m not the only one.

How the toilets for ‘everyone else’ are divided is everyone else's problem.

Many of the women on here will happily campaign alongside transfolk for a what transfolk decide they need. The only thing we won’t do is budge up and/or hand ours over.

Public toilets for women are essential for women to be able to be part of public life.

A person presenting as man enters your shiny sex-segregated XX bathroom. There are three possibilites. It's a transman, it's a non-transman, or it's a non-conforming non-trans woman.

So what do you do? I assume, You ask. In the first two case, the answer you'll get is "I am a man." What do you do then? Ask to see their genitals?

The first thing we need to do is work out what the area for non-transwomen (women) should be called. I suggested “female” and have had no objection to this.

I mean it’s a bit revolutionary and the world might take some time to get used to it but I think it could work!
