Interests of the Opposite Gender (High Priority)

Bloody hell - so because I'm a woman who's happy doing car maintenance it's a high priority I see a gender therapist?!?

That was BIZAARRRRE

TufVoyaging · 29/06/2018 11:23

__Also a lot of these are basically "are you lonely, socially isolated, and/or clinically depressed". Which is not necessarily anything to do with "gender".

This 👆 As someone diagnosed with depression and social anxiety, I am high risk on this questionnaire. Would I have grabbed any chance to be happy and feel normal growing up, definitely, would I have replaced my baggy jumpers used to hide the body that seemed to give people the right to grab it with testosterone to make me less attractive to be to them and thephysically stronger to protect myself - honestly , I don't know, and that is quite a sobering thought.

ShotsFired · 29/06/2018 11:24

Do you like wearing the opposite sex’s clothes, but would be embarrassed if anyone were to see you?

Er....yes to the first part (because I wear trousers and t shirts and don't own a skirt so I assume that's what they mean); and no to the second!

WTF do I respond with?

Heratnumber7 · 29/06/2018 11:32

"The answers given indicate a Medium to High Risk of Gender Identity Disorder."

Yay for me! Most of my answers were because I think men still get the better deal in life. I would LOVE to be able to wee anywhere, without having to half undress, so I suppose I am dissatisfied with my genitals (and I hate having big boobs).

Would I want to be a man? In some respects, yes.

TBH, I don't really care if I'm male or female - these days you can do/dress what you like regardless.

Would I switch gender? No i bloody wouldn't!

((I'm a married mother of 2 btw)

OrchidInTheSun · 29/06/2018 11:33

I said no to all the questions that asked if I liked wearing men's clothes in secret and no to all the ones that asked if I hated my genitals.

I came out as high risk of GID. Lucky I get the first 3 minutes free and 25% off a session with a therapist!

I'm going to chop my tits off tomorrow

Sarahconnor1 · 29/06/2018 11:33

The answers given indicate aMedium to High Riskof Gender Identity Disorder.

This is bullshit and scam or not its very very damaging. shots I also didn't know how to answer that. Very confused

AnotherQuoll · 29/06/2018 11:34

"Are you curious about the anatomy of the opposite sex"? Well, I'm a lesbian but....Yes I'm curious: About why on earth, with so much less going on internally, it take males anywhere from forty minutes to an hour just to have a poo? Is it the pay-off for those (incredibly loud) 4 second turbo pees?

UpstartCrow · 29/06/2018 11:34

It seems to be written by someone who uses the Bible to guide them on their dress code and behaviour.

Offred · 29/06/2018 11:40

Me too orchid.

LaContessaDiPlump · 29/06/2018 11:41

Medium to high risk! Eek!

BlessBlessYawn · 29/06/2018 11:56

Around the time of the original Spartacus threads (a couple of years ago) someone posted a link to a similar test. Does anyone remember it?
I'll search for it later if nobody remembers it.

SoddingUnicorns · 29/06/2018 12:00

Medium to high here too. Guessing the isolation and feeling left out because I’m autistic and unhappy with roles because I’m a feminist means they’ve defined me.

Pfft.

ChattyLion · 29/06/2018 12:03

High risk!

And I really object to leading phrases like ‘broken home’. Ugh. What a load of shite.

turnaroundbrighteyes · 29/06/2018 12:08

Wtf also medium to high risk despite mainly neutral answers, not wanting to be, wear clothes of opposite sex or having any issues with my genitals.

Just a plain old woman with no wish to conform to any stereotypes.

Is there any way to get this dangerous delusional money spinner taken down?

NotMeOhNo · 29/06/2018 12:09

Ooh, I’m medium to high risk too
I answered no to all the questions about wanting to change my genitals and dress like the opposite sex so I’m not sure how that happened
Think it’s down to the fact that my Dad was a dickhead and I don’t like to flip my hair and do the wafty hands thing

Yep me too. Questions were illogical, irrelevant and demonstrated an attempt to dragnet autogynephilia am I allowed to use that word

R0wantrees · 29/06/2018 12:09

I have:
"High Risk Talking to a licensed professional is the only way to be sure, and is the best way to help you resolve any issues you are going through"

This is solely due to my healthy rejection of gender stereotypes (from a very young age), family circumstances and issues due to having being diagnosed and treated for gyny cancer. I am also at a very positive point in my recovery.

So concerning.

JustLikeBefore · 29/06/2018 12:11

seen that test before.

I don't need to take it, to know the result would be trans. I wanted to be a boy from the age 4, and struggled with my changing body through my teens. I would definitely be a transboy if I were a teen now.

as it is I'm happy to report I'm a woman in my 40s, just doing my own thing. My identity is my personality.

OhTheRoses · 29/06/2018 12:13

I got medium risk I think because I like male company which I think is because I have always been a bit of a flirt.Confused

turnaroundbrighteyes · 29/06/2018 12:15

This is the people their domain is registered with if any of the legal bods on here can think of wording fraud, mis-selling, making money by deception???!

drspouse · 29/06/2018 12:19

High risk, some mental health issues and I'd really like to earn as much as men so yes to a couple on those grounds.

Susanmartha · 29/06/2018 12:20

Medium to high risk here, but I think that's explained mainly by my rather odd upbringing, ASD, and the fact that I'm quite good at all those tasks surveys like this designate as male!

HappyLollipop · 29/06/2018 12:25

I'm high risk, what a load of crap! I answered my questions that I'm happy as my biological sex I'm just unhappy with the society's expectations of woman but according to this test I ought to just become a man instead!

Lysistrataknowsherstuff · 29/06/2018 12:25

Medium risk here - only reason I can think of is cos I do all the DIY! And I preferred Lego to dolls so I guess that means I preferred boys toys (my brother's favourite toy was a pink teaset, better inform his wife that she may be in a lesbian relationship Confused)

Amalfimamma · 29/06/2018 12:28

Well I'm fucked then

Take the Gender Identity Disorder self test!

Christ alive. When you lay it out like that, Rowan, it's more than concerning. It's grooming, pure and simple.
