Dr Adrian Harrop - Dr Misogyny is pursuing another woman.

Dr Adrian Harrop now has Dawn Furness in his metaphorical gun sights. He has sent a series of Tweets to The Green Party to point them to the fact she is appearing at a Woman's Place meeting soon and that she must state her position on trans rights. This is a deliberate attempt to capitalise on his success in getting Olivia Palmer suspended.

It is an act dripping in pure hatred of women.

Selectively, one imagines. Well, if it leads people to come and read the whole thread so be it. There's a few screenshots on here which they might want to think about in assessing Dr H.

NameChangedAgain18 · 30/07/2018 17:54

Yep, leading people here will allow them to see Harruppy’s deleted tweets. Thanks for the traffic, Joss!

They are so blinded by their unjustified sense of victimhood that they don't understand how they appear to others.

It's the lies that get me. I guess once you've told a huge lie and dedicated your life to forcing it on everyone else, smaller lies feel like nothing...

AtreidesFreeWoman · 30/07/2018 18:01

He really doesn't know when to stop digging does he?

  1. “You must make sure that your conduct justifies your patients’ trust in you and the public’s trust in the profession.”

  2. Talks about how doctors must be honest when writing reports/documents and although this pertains to work it could be argued it extends to social media.

71.a “you must take reasonable steps to check the information is correct.”

Apologies for some clicky fails!

Amalfimamma · 30/07/2018 18:24

Used hubby's Twitter to read joss seeing as I'm blocked.

Shouldn't have bothered. Same lies, slander and playing the victim. A leopard never changes its spots

ToeToToe · 30/07/2018 18:27

He deleted his tweets when a man told him he had gone too far.

What an absolute bully he is. Picks on women, backs down instantly a man pulls him up on his behaviour.

Still - Women's Aid is £400 better off thanks to the good Dr "I'm not a misogynist honest" Harrop and his frequent "upset, agitated and wound up-ness" - when he claimed he would never ever call a woman "a bitch" on Twitter. Because he's not a misogynist, see.

He said he would give £100 to WA if anyone could produce an example.

Yep - he was quickly shown no less than 4 tweets where he had referred to women as bitches.

Women's Aid thanked him graciously for his donation and Twitter graciously acknowledged his (rather pompous) apology Wink Grin

GenderApostate · 30/07/2018 18:29

Lies are all they have.

AngryAttackKittens · 30/07/2018 18:29

Makes you wonder what he would consider being a misogynist to look like.

Ereshkigal · 30/07/2018 18:39

This.

Vickyyyy · 30/07/2018 18:40

No response from HQ yet? Given how quickly misgendering tends to be deleted?

ToeToToe · 30/07/2018 18:40

One could almost think that he is creating a distraction away from a major news story about a certain NUS Trans Officer here... but that would be cynical of me to think that.

Vickyyyy · 30/07/2018 18:50

Oh wow at that Joss Prior thread. have never seen that name I don't think, but thats completely erasing history and making out the story is literally totally different. but yeah, the thread, especially RTed by the good DR himself, will bring more people here. Bit of an own goal I would say, that.

Sarahconnor1 · 30/07/2018 19:07

I did wonder whether this was another distraction from the Jess Bradley issue but realised quite quickly it was male rage and it will happen again.

BoreOfWhabylon · 30/07/2018 19:09

MNHQ responded very quickly to my report Vickyyy. They had already contacted DJLippy off board.

SunsetBeetch · 30/07/2018 19:18

I doubt anyone is going to stop discussing Jess Bradley any time soon. Has Harrop said anything about that, btw? Seeing as he said he addresses nad behaviour from all sides (yeah right!). Did he have anything to say about the "terrible transphobia" of Vintage Gay Toronto, one gay man to another?

hackmum · 30/07/2018 19:32

The Pulse article that Atreides linked to dates from January this year and describes Harrop as a trainee GP working in an A&E department. So he isn't fully qualified yet, which is why he isn't employed in a trust or by a GP practice.

Ah right, sorry HQ in that case. I assumed with the posts all still being visible...

Lovelybitofterf · 30/07/2018 20:01

I don’t think he chose to delete. He’s way too proud and vicious for that. I reckon Twitter made him.

He’s getting an utter pasting on my feed.
