Reminder that 'misgendering' ancient statues is a serious issue that results in hunger strikes/death threats

Screenshot any threats you get for evidence.

Shon Faye hates women.

TRAs are aggressive bullies that hate women.

YOU WILL NOT SHUT ME UP.

I've just been thinking about that first moment that a male crosses women's boundaries (in any of the thousands of ways they do it) - what are their emotions?

Do they feel conflicted?

Is there a sense of hesitation because they are aware of the profound disrespect they are about to enact?

Or do they have a head full of 'I want I want I want' that drowns out any potential conscience?

It is extremely troubling that a generation of males has been and is being raised without even the taboo-ingrained respectful behaviours of being 'gentlemanly'.

Taboos like 'don't hit girls' especially 'don't hit grannies'

Or 'don't go into women's spaces'

Don't stand by and watch a man attack a woman.

Those things.

AngryAttackKittens · 03/05/2018 09:26

What do they feel? A thrill of excitement.

PermissionToSpeakSir · 03/05/2018 09:32

A thrill of excitement.

Is it the boundary-violation in an of itself the thing that is thrilling?

If that is the case, then it is a power-trip isn't it?

"I get to do what I want and although women don't/this woman doesn't want me to do it they don't have the power to stop me."

PermissionToSpeakSir · 03/05/2018 09:39

I can't get my head around why Eddie Izzard went into the ladies to change into the dress and make up. Crossing that threshold dressed in 'male' clothes. How massively entitled. I am so glad those young women defended their territory from that boundary-violating intruder.

We need more of that.

More of women and girls defending our boundaries and more of raising boys to respect them.

doctorcuntybollocks · 03/05/2018 09:41

I don't think that happened except in Eddie's head.

Daxleo · 03/05/2018 09:50

Thankfully I name changed before I came on here to post, thanks for your support mumsnet.
These people are crazy

PermissionToSpeakSir · 03/05/2018 09:51

Just thinking about the boundaries of Mumsnet.

Mumsnet is a self-contained forum to rival twitter and Facebook in terms of how it's users value and depend on it. It has its own culture within the boundaries of its rules.

And now boundary violators are using a different, bigger platform, utilising its big, hulking weight to bear down on Mumsnet to penetrate this forum, without having to enter into the culture or having to respect the boundaries of its rules.

Does using Twitter to violate Mumsnet's boundaries also give them that power-tripping thrill they seek?

AngryAttackKittens · 03/05/2018 09:53

How are you doing this morning, Dax?

No one cares how you're doing, Shon. In fact may you have the mother of all hangovers.

PermissionToSpeakSir · 03/05/2018 09:54

Morning Dax

We stand with you and your baby to be.

PermissionToSpeakSir · 03/05/2018 10:00

I am guessing SF identifies are royalty.

Grandiosity is a key narcissistic trait.

IndominusRex · 03/05/2018 10:00

They do it because they get off on the power.

Daxleo · 03/05/2018 10:01

I'm good !
It's all rather amusing to me Grin
One of shons minions has tweeted me saying it's disappointing to see me be so trans exclusionary as I'm not the typical butch terf Confused

AngryAttackKittens · 03/05/2018 10:02

Bet Shon will screenshot that too. "She hoped I had a hangover! That's transphobic because, um, nobody else gets those?"

AsAProfessionalFekko · 03/05/2018 10:03

Remember when you were little at primary school and the wee boys would get a thrill by daring each other to run into the girls loos? Makes you think...

AngryAttackKittens · 03/05/2018 10:03

They're negging you now? Oh, bless.

(ducks)

PermissionToSpeakSir · 03/05/2018 10:05

Glad to see you feeling chipper this morning. Dax

I'm not the typical butch terf

It is so obvious that 'terf' isn't just misogynist, but lesbophobic too. (As well as being ageist - one of TW's witnesses confirmed that the women gathering to meet were 'older').

PermissionToSpeakSir · 03/05/2018 10:06

the wee boys would get a thrill by daring each other to run into the girls loos? Makes you think...

It really does.

R0wantrees · 03/05/2018 10:10

This is more true for some...

Shon Faye hassling mumsnet
PermissionToSpeakSir · 03/05/2018 10:12

Indeed Rowan.

When will the tedious seeking of women's attention end?

Elletorro · 03/05/2018 10:14

Shon

Come on now. A woman points out a biological fact and you urge a pile on that results in threats to her baby, name calling and victimisation.

Do you think that pointing out biological facts warrants such actions from your followers?

Do you think pointing out biological facts is hate speech?

Do you think you have a right to silence a woman who points out an inconvenient truth?

I’m sorry that your biology has caused you such anguish. You deserve compassion and respect. But you won’t get it by inciting threats of violence and victimisation.

Come on your better than this

AngryAttackKittens · 03/05/2018 10:14

True that, Rosenberg. Bye, Shon.

Let us know if you need anything, Dax.

KatherinaMinola · 03/05/2018 10:15

So let me get this straight.

  1. MNHQ decided to pander to an internet misogynist who has advocated the "erasure" of women, and encouraged this misogynist to report posts that the misogynist found transgressive in some way.

  2. Excited by the power over women, the misogynist decided to dox a young mother who disagreed with the misogynist on Twitter.

  3. After the misogynist had published the young mother's details, she received death threats from the misogynist's misogynist friends.

Do I have it right?

PermissionToSpeakSir · 03/05/2018 10:19

Indeed KatherinaMinola that is correct.

Mind-boggling isn't it?
