I tried Ecover. I thought it was shit.

Uh Oh. Am I going to get stalked round the board by green types who LOVE CAPITALISATION?

PsychoPumpkin · 02/05/2018 19:34

Poshme
so they say!

noeffingidea · 02/05/2018 19:34

(Are we allowed to talk about vaginas now?)
Who's going to stop us? Seriously, do not give into this shit.

IndominusRex · 02/05/2018 19:34

UNDER BIRDS EYE!!!!! I can't breathe!!!

BeUpStanding · 02/05/2018 19:34

Knitting boobs for women who've suffered breast cancer is a great thing to do if you can knit

www.knittedknockers.org

(I can't knit btw)

ReluctantCamper · 02/05/2018 19:36

how about felting? Is felting transphobic?

Will I have to put money in some NEETs paypal account to assuage my guilt if I indulge in some felting?

The word felting now looks really wrong.

Felting
Felting

It sounds a bit rude

IdentifiesAsMiddleAged · 02/05/2018 19:36

BeUpStanding

That is wonderfully heartwarming

But only for women who've suffered from cancer?

TRANSPHOBIC, shurely?

terryleather · 02/05/2018 19:37

Can I just point out that I very briefly met Lemonjello irl.........Grin

beasternunny · 02/05/2018 19:38

My first ever deletion, and I have been here in many guises since 2009. All I said was that a person was biologically a man, even if they choose to identify as a woman. That's a biological truth - so how can I have had my comment deleted? This is crazy.

Please believe me when I say I fully support any person to identify as anything they like, so long as it does not infringe on the rights of others. Whether they be a man identifying as a woman, a woman identifying as man or a cat identifying as a dog.

Biological sex is not gender. End of.

BeUpStanding · 02/05/2018 19:38

Ecover used to be shit, but they jazzed up the formula a year or so ago and it's not bad now.

Mamaryllis · 02/05/2018 19:38

Not-your-regular-mom’s Pride?
I think M&S got there first with ‘this is not just...’

IJustHadToNameChange · 02/05/2018 19:39

Do trans and their handmaidens knit? Crochet? Weave? Sew?

Or are they all ology and meeja students?

If they don't do something, perform a task or enjoy an activity, it's probably because it's transphobic.

As far as I can tell, dyeing hair is a trans pastime.....

ReluctantCamper · 02/05/2018 19:39

OK, maybe I'll give it another go BeUpStanding

ya see? every day's a school day on MN

I think our friend with a love of CAPITAL LETTERS might have been shown the door, they've gone a bit quiet.

terryleather · 02/05/2018 19:40

I've done felting accidentally when I put a wool jumper on a hot wash...

BeUpStanding is that true about Ecover? I tried it years ago and didn't like the smell.

IJustHadToNameChange · 02/05/2018 19:42

I've got some ecover washing up liquid and it's as if I've diluted it already. It's still fairly shit.

SophoclesTheFox · 02/05/2018 19:42

under birds eye Grin

When I had a hysterectomy, I knitted myself a uterus to replace the one I was chucking out.

Quite a lot of people didn't think that was funny. I did!

Ellenripleysalienbaby · 02/05/2018 19:42

'Under birds eye'

😂😂😂

TerfinUSA · 02/05/2018 19:42

So, nappies. Are they transphobic?

ReluctantCamper · 02/05/2018 19:43

crikey. I didn't want to look uncool so just googled felching.

gosh.

that's all I have to say about that.

Scabbersley · 02/05/2018 19:43

SophoclesTheFox · 02/05/2018 19:44

time for a good scrub of your browsing history, reluctant.

And your eyes.

Ellenripleysalienbaby · 02/05/2018 19:44

Also I have learnt something new today: that apparently Sean and Shon are pronounced the same way?! Surely one is 'shawn' and one is, well, 'shon'?
