Just spotted on Twitter that Women's Place are holding a meeting in Oxford next month. I don't think the tickets are on sale yet.

doublemint - appalled to read that a mother and child have been intimidated - this is out of control

that photo of the protesters outside, there doesn't seem to be many (any?) covering their faces, compared to eg the Bristol meeting. Are they mainly Oxford uni students then, rather than Sisters Uncut/Action for Trans Health types?

Arghh live about 40 mins away but Oxford is the town I grow up it's MY town. If i left now would I miss the whole thing???

Catching up on the live tweeting reading it makes me wanna cry - "if the sex of a person becomes merely a matter of self id then we will completely lose the ability to talk about sexism and male violence towards women in any meaningful way.....that's enough to conclude it's a bad idea."
