The law is designed in such a way that people who identify as transgender can use whatever facilities they choose. I am not surprised that Madigan thinks this means they are entitled to whichever people they choose.

LM checked if the man was a man - he claims he made no assumptions on the gender of the guard and asked him if he was a man to which he confirms yes (apparently )
The guard is a man , by LMs definition , because he believes he is a man and not because he has a penis .
So LM is discriminating against the guard based on his personal beliefs and that's ok?

I love it when they post stuff like that - it must peak trans a few more people. It's one thing to imagine nice TIMs going about their business - they just want to pee, etc... - but to have a male-bodied person demand that a female bodied person touches them is the starkest illustration of how trans rights erode females rights.

If anyone can identify as any gender they want well then we can all just swap about according to what suits our interest at any particular time
