Do you think it'll be mobbed by TRAs as the venue's been announced in advance or not because of the security at the HOC?

MM has retweeted Giuliana, a TRA who is the goadiest of fuckers and I can’t work out whether it’s supporting her or saying I’ll decide for myself, we can’t shut down debate. Anyway, seems an odd thing to do.

Can I ask, I've seen several tweets saying some of the organisers or speakers are under investigation by the police for hate speech. Is this true?

MM has tweeted in favour of freedom of speech and debate as far as I can see.

Shitting it down would surely be a massive mistake.
It would be telling the world that there is no longer free speech allowed in our parliament.

I know that there are Tory MPs, apart from David Davies, who are concerned about the lack of free speech on this issue. So I am reasonably confident that the event won’t be cancelled. As Longweek says, it would send a terrible message about our democracy if they were to do that.

WTF is Giuliana tweeting? I don't believe for a minute that a genuine feminist page talks about 'we've got to fuck trannies'. That has TRA written all over it.

Don't forget, in 1984 the IRA bombed the tory party conference. A few weeks later Jeremy corbyn invited Gerry Adams into the HoP for a meeting. It would take quite a lot for commons authorities to cancel the meeting tonight.

I don't think its about the nuance of Maria Miller's possible intentions... the claims and examples in Giuliana's tweet will be seen and read far and wide. Most people will not have time to spend unpicking. The current cross party political focus is (rightly in my opinion) shutting down hatred online- BF have been removed from FB today.
