It may be technically true - there was (I think) no evidence that Lily was directly involved in the spreadsheet or the folders. They were not listed as an owner, and had not commented.

I hope Madigan does try to sue for libel. It will make for extremely entertaining news coverage, because the screenshots I've seen appear to be pretty unequivocal. And I don't think Madigan will be able to pull off the "it wasn't my twitter account, it was my brother's" trick twice.

Can we start a petition to force LM to resign for trying to force women out of the Labour Party.

This is the first tangible project of action they have embarked upon, apart from a few tweets and doing jot much up until now in their post as Women's Officer

It's astonishing.

LM probably has a twisted version of the truth in which he has nothing to do with this whatsoever - because Adrie (and others?) added the names to the list, not him.

I've seen this a lot with LM. The whole 'I can get pregnant' thing when he means that someday in the future womb transplants might be possible, 'I'm just a schoolgirl and too stressed to go to school' when he's at university, and a few other similar things that are only true if you look at them sideways and squint a bit. I most recently saw him trying to imply that someone didn't know what they were talking about and their argument was invalid because they said he was 19 and he's not. He turned 20 a few days ago.

It's as if one very minor detail being wrong enables him to just say 'I didn't' or 'that's not true' while ignoring the rest of the facts.

Luckily as we are calm rational women we wouldn't do that sort of thing would we? He needs to foist himself on his own petard. Which he has done now after his first task as women's officer being to get women with a factual opinion on biology kicked out of the party...interestingly some are saying that there is no public info about them being in the party so this HAS to have been cross referenced against LP lists. Which of course would be a massive security breach.

I think a mild enquiry or two is justified as to how effective LM is being in post.

How many extra women* have joined the Labour Party in LM's area, and does that encompass a range of ages, ethnicities, sexualities and parental/caring responsibilites? How does LM plan to make it easier to increase representation of groups who currently lack it?

How many has LM caused to leave?

*(female variety, given that even in LM's worldview, over 99% of women are definitely XX female)

I wouldn’t support a petition against Lily personally. I would like the LP compliance unit to look into the whole appalling thing and take action against all those involved. Awaiting with interest to see if they do anything of the kind.

Amongst all of the doxxing bullshit and the TRAs, I think we should also focus on the fact that there appear to be many, many people out there who do get this. Surely the Labour Party can't ignore it?

I wonder why that is. Have you tried connecting via your phone data and using a different email/card? Phone data will have a different IP address, if you connect with wifi it will be the same. Odd that they would block donations, I wonder if its only this campaign or all.

I have tried different machines, different credit cards and different email addresses. Still awaiting to hear just why from GFM. Apparently their payment review team are short dedicated team and can't guarantee as quick a response as the customer happiness team can. I resisted the sarcastic response of perhaps they should stick to taking payments rather than refunding for no reason whatsoever might free up some time.
