I like jack monroe- I'm jealous of her mouthiness.

However, I'm annoyed that she insists on the transwomen are women line, and the whole 'taking the trash out thing' - about so called Terfs. Not nice.

She was so pleased with her actions she gave an interview to Penis News about it. How is she transgender? How?

Because that's how she identifies.

I think she started off with the name Jack Monroe, then her birth name came out and she was like 'how dare you deadname me', and then the next step was to come out as 'Mx', aka non-binary.

I believe somewhere along the line there was something about identifying away from her female name and identity because she was raped under that name. Obv. that makes no sense because you can't identify out of being a target of male violence/sexual assault.

Does anyone know Jennifer James in RL? I think she could maybe do with some support and she (sensibly) has her twitter DMs turned off.

Jack Monroe was on testosterone for a while but has a heart problem and had to stop taking it. I think. (Hope i don't get sued).
I feel bad for her. She seems very messed up about being a woman.

JJ is tweeting again and fighting back - maybe she just needed a break.

JJ has put an update on the Crowdfunder - she is indeed fighting back again. It almost sounded like she was giving up earlier (and frankly, who can blame her?) She's been smeared all over the place, had her position threatened, been accused of fraud, bigotry. Just awful, the lengths TAs will go to to silence women voicing legitimate concerns about self-ID.

Glad she's come back fighting - we're right behind you JJ.

UPDATE: The crowdfunder just sailed past £18,000. Labour women are angry. We do not and will not accept self-identification and we're not going away anytime soon. #timesup @uklabour

We will, tomorrow, instruct our lawyers to protect crowdfunder signatories, donors and all gender critical feminists from the harassment, threats, silencing and violence which they have, sadly, had to endure in recent times.

Women have a right to debate within the party and outside and a right to classify men and women by biology, not gender identity. We have a right to be treated with respect, courtesy and civility by the Labour party, its members and the wider community at all times.
