As regards the homophobia and paedophilia issue. When I was a student a nice chap from the student LGB soc suggested a speaker from a gay paedo organisation of some sort. It was only when all the dykes stated they would leave end masse that he realised it was not such a great idea. I think there are some worrying attitudes as regards adults and kids coming from TRAs etc, as well as the old attempted slur from homophobes.

Of course some paedophiles will be piggybacking on the trans movement. Vulnerable confused children who are alienated from their parents are ideal targets for paedophiles. It doesn't do anyone any favours to pretend this won't and doesn't happen.

Because the trans-ideology supports male access to females and children, they are able to utilise it.

See the penis packers thread where prosthetic penises for four year old trans identified girls are described as lovely and squishy. Or Alok thingy (best friends with Travis who managed to kick up enough fuss that Topshop changed their changing room rules) who said little girls are kinky and deviant.

But any suggestion that vulnerable women might need protection from a tiny minority of transwomen are met with horror.

How is this not comparing the 'danger' of trans women to the danger of pedophiles?

Quickly coming in to thank those voices of reason who repeat facts over and over and over as though someday the naysayers will understand.

I don’t know how we’ve found ourselves in a reality in which people argue passionately that it is possible to change biological sex, that women only spaces are offensive to those who would claim to be female but are not, and that gender divisions are so important that anyone stepping across the invisible pink/blue divide must actually have been born in the wrong body rather than just happening to enjoy something that stereotyping says they should not.

i thought br was making the point that even though paeodophiles are a minority of men - we still ensure that there are checks in place ie sex offenders register \ dbs to minimise harm. therefore why is it women cant have similar protections if a bilogical male is entering a female domain where privacy and dignity and safety as miniorty of those males trans, Self ID or not will be entering that space to carry out offending behaviour
