I just watched the first episode and loved it! They still have the macabre touch. I also liked the reference to Inside Number 9 with the last shot

It's on iplayer straight away unless you are doing it on SKY. There is a long delay when you watch iplayer on SKY. No idea why. My theory is Murdoch hates the BBC. SKY say it's the BBC hating SKY. Anyway if you watch via a computer or on another TV provider it's instantaneous.

The first one wasn't too creepy. I think I can manage the next two.

Oh and on Radio 4 catchup at the moment there is a three hour special which is the original 6 part radio series. Worth a listen if you like the TV show.

DH has bought us tickets for the tour. The LOG’s stable of grotesques make me uncomfortable but the writing is so sharp I can go with it.

I'd be disappointed if Pink News didn't froth about this one, to be honest. It would be like the Daily Fail not going off on one about their favourite right-wing hobby horses - you'd feel short changed without their usual level of invective.

Ah I've seen them live before and it was great.

I used to have casettes (see v old) of radio shows, worth getting if you can as so funny.

I enjoyed the new series but maybe not as much as I thought I would. Though Legz a Kimbo always make me howl and Les McQueen's bit about reforming the band - but he can't: "Yew tree."

I loved the Xmas special from years ago...I thought that was really standout because it was based around three longer stories. Very dark indeed and some disturbing writing. LOG at their finest.

The interesting thing is that they curled their lip at it a bit but then held back while using negative twitter comments to criticise by proxy but even then including some positive ones too.

Pink News looked at this and thought they'd watch their step until it's clearer whether the backlash is going to get going.

Later in the episode, a character says Barbara “has gone a bit militant” to which another character responds by misgendering the character, saying, “Yes, he has.”

Typical Pink News trying to get some misgendering in, even when they are wrong. The character actually says "Yes, ze has"

I love LOG but that scene with the hedgehog horrified me!!!!!!
