On twitter recently a case came up in the US where a brave woman had taken on her employers unfair dismissal with the help of a charity and won.

She had leaked her period onto her chair at work, a job that meant she was tied to her chair for long periods of time. Her boss told her next time she did it she would be sacked. It happened again of course and despite cleaning up the spot she had leaked on the carpet she was sacked. She fought and won.

Now, point is can any 40 odd year old women here even imagine going to a 19 year old trans youth and raising this issue? I mean can you?

I'm not the PP but they will hold data on you as a member and I would recommend this as well both to find out what they hold on you, verify if it is correct, and as first step to requiring them to delete it (even if you have to wait for right to be forgotten to be enforced).

You might also ask as part of that for full disclosure on third parties eg Momentum or fringe groups who seem to share a remarkable amount of data with official Labour.

Because I don't trust them and also because I think any extra work they have to do will perhaps annoy them into thinking about their repercussions. It's usually the women in the background doing the work in the LP (I have literally done the leg work, leafleting) and if there are fewer of us doing the work then the men might have to finally listen. So anything to make it harder for them to ignore discontent.

Explained this situation to one of my good friends again tonight. Very working class and she says she depends on me to tell her this shit as it doesn’t come up on the news. As I keep saying ordinary people are so shocked when they are confronted with this.
