Yes, I know he is a troll... But he is really fucking winding me up at the moment. He annoys me more than people like Katie Hopkins do!

He has been tweeting a lot today, and the past few weeks, about the importance of transgender acceptance. However, he isn't engaging with the many people disagreeing with him! He just posts another passive-aggressive tweet in response to concerns.

I just know we are going to get another shitty pro-trans article from him soon...

(I obviously do support trans people, but I am against the ideology!)

I like Owen Jones a lot and agree with a lot of things he says. I do agree with some of the things he says about trans rights and education about trans issues however im shocked to hear about his attitudes regarding lesbians and trans women. Has anyone got any sources i could read for where he is talking about this?

Have the no insight, no self awareness of their hypocritical arrogance concering women- women who don’t agree with them, who don’t obey them?

I’m so truly angry and disgusted with them. They’re all over Owen patting each other on the back for how fabulous and woke (hate that fucking word) they are. Also all over Jess Phillips attacking, telling her off, all over the WEP account demanding they chastise the woman who spoke on the Moral Maze. Janice Turner, Helen Lewis, Julie Bindel and many more.

Jones has been on Twitter complaining that people are trying to get him sacked for his views. I don't know if that's true or not, but I notice he's never spoken out the transactivists trying to get women like Helen Lewis and Janice Turner sacked. Funny that.

He is portraying himself as bravely speaking out against the the tide, not acknowledging that he is actually endorsing the dominant narrative that women are threatened for questioning. As Meghan Murphy tweeted: 'Oooh he's so brave, you guys! It takes real guts to support the only position men have deemed acceptable, under threat of violence.'

I'm not sure whether Owen Jones is on staff at the Guardian or writes his column on a freelance basis. (His Guardian profile just says: Owen Jones is a columnist and the author of Chavs: The Demonisation of the Working Class and The Establishment – And How They Get Away With It).

Backing: it's fascinating, isn't it? "Transwomen are women" is a completely ludicrous slogan, seemingly designed to shut down thought. It reminds me of "Four legs good, two legs bad" or "War is Peace; Freedom is Slavery; Ignorance is Strength".

To LOJ, transwomen are actual women so lesbians are shitty awful people if they don't suck they're cocks, but trans men are women, so, because he's gay, he doesn't have to perform oral sex on them because it's the age old thing of trying to make gay men straight.

So, either he doesn't believe that trans women are actual women, or he doesn't logic, or he thinks trans women are more specialer than trans men. It's impossible to ask him any of this either because he has a massive mantrum and blocks anyone who dares.

He also lies about having ever said it, but sadly there's loads of screen shots of it.

When a narcissist makes an accusation, it is always actually an admission. Owen is a narcissist, so he accuses other people of trying to get him sacked when they're doing no such thing BECAUSE not IN SPITE OF the fact that he and his pals have really tried to get all sorts of people sacked.

Narcissist accusation = narcissist admission. Every. Single. Time.

Someone on Twitter said that OJ regularly sleeps with trans women. Obviously, this is his own business, but surely it makes him bisexual then? Not gay? I wouldn't normally care, but since OJ cares a lot about terminology, he should perhaps correct himself?

In repeatedly restating the (non) statistics regarding suicide rates of trans-identified people, I'm pretty sure that Jones is breaking the press code. Suicide does not have a single cause and it is disingenuous and dangerous to say that anyone died by suicide because of X. Furthermore, I think that this will create a self-fulfilling prophesy for some children.

I work with young people. The context for being an adolescent is now so bizarre for so many children that I'm pretty sure that at least half of all the children with whom I work have contemplated suicide, sadly, and that's nothing to do with their perceived gender identity.

I'm looking forward to some kind of Leveson over this and Owen Jones will absolutely have questions to answer.

My head exploded when I read that. So, by his own definition transwomen are women (#NoDebate and all that). So he is at the very least bisexual, with strong hetero tendencies. He has sex with women.

Except he's not, because I doubt that at the moment of getting down to it with a transwoman, I doubt he thinks "ooo lovely, a female penis".

He's a hypocrite who doesn't really in practice act as though transwomen are women. He knows they are men with penises.
