Going back to focus on looks it's also obvious that there is way too much focus on women's looks generally and the workplace no exception. The recent spate of news stories reminds us ofpart of the reason men in powerful positions select attractive women.

All people including women should be getting selected on merit not appearance but I don't see that happening in my lifetime
