FYI meant to bold your name not happen

Datun · 26/04/2017 13:21

I had to fast forward through that link, his prevarication is masterful.

Completely dodged the issue on the intrinsic unfairness of the sport issue. Then said no one cares if TW get killed it's just another trans-woman.

Like that hasn't been happening to women for millennia. Ffs.

I think Tucker took it easy on Jenner. In this one he pulls no punches.

BigDeskBob · 26/04/2017 14:16

According to Jenner, sexuality is who you you go bed with, gender identity is who you go to bed as. So gender identity is just a sex thing? No wonder I don't have any gender identity.

Datun · 26/04/2017 14:26

BigDeskBob

Yeah, literally no-one gives a toss how you identify to wash up, file a report, drive a car. Or anything else for that matter. Other than what you wear and who you shag.

Ineedacupofteadesperately · 26/04/2017 14:43

Datun oh god you've got me agreeing with someone on fox news - runs away screaming........great video too bad he didn't have the ian huntley example to hand when the other guy was claiming the issue with prisons was hypothetical / absurd

Datun · 26/04/2017 14:45

I know, this all makes for some very strange bedfellows sometimes.

He nailed it though. I did feel a sense of relief that someone was talking commonsense and cutting through the crap for a change.

ineedmoreLemonPledge · 26/04/2017 16:07

I didn't hear it. Was CJ asked about her golf club membership? 😂😂😂

ISaySteadyOn · 26/04/2017 16:53

Not on WH, no. On the podcast I think.

I did appreciate Jenner saying that will never have the same experience as a born woman. However, Garvey asked why the transition didn't happen earlier in the '80s when Jenner had thought about it and Jenner's response was 'The time wasn't right'. I thought 'Well, bully for you, you got to choose when to be a woman. I didn't get a choice, did I?' Anyone else notice that statement?

BigDeskBob · 26/04/2017 17:03

Look in any trans site. They are full of posters deciding when best to transition. It not the best time because parents are paying for their education, their career is taking off, they need to drop weight. Yet through this time they do not receive male privilege. And they are always a women.

PhyllisNights · 26/04/2017 17:10

Caitlyn on The View. I haven't had time to watch it yet, but I will when I get home.

PhyllisNights · 26/04/2017 17:11

Sorry. Here is part 2 as well!

Garnethair · 26/04/2017 17:18

I didn't hear the whole thing, but thought he came across very well.

OlennasWimple · 26/04/2017 19:55

Why doesn't CJ's face move when talking? It's very weird indeed!

PhyllisNights · 26/04/2017 19:58

It's very Desperate Housewives - too much botox. Having said that, she didn't transition and have surgery later in life.

IfYouGoDownToTheWoodsToday · 26/04/2017 19:58

I thought they came across well too. I was very glad to hear her say "I'm not a true woman, I'm only 2 years old" acknowledging she didn't have the same female experiences as those born female.

Most of the vocal Trans women I've heard wouldn't ever say that.

PhyllisNights · 26/04/2017 19:58

did*

IfYouGoDownToTheWoodsToday · 26/04/2017 20:00

I think most men and women living in LA have faces which don't move. It's not specific to CJ.

OlennasWimple · 26/04/2017 20:03

Love that Tucker Carlson interview

"One's gender identity is enough to show what gender they are. If you're confused about that, I leave that to your level of enlightenment"

WTF??!! Is that really the best answer that a TRA can come up with to the question on how we know whether someone is a man or a woman?

venusinscorpio · 26/04/2017 22:01

In a word, yes.

Terfing · 26/04/2017 23:51

Yeah, I like Tucker Carlson's approach to transgenderism. We should invite him over!

Pawpainting · 27/04/2017 02:14

Saw her live on CNN last night claiming that she never in her life had privilege. This was to the black news anchor who rightfully called her out on it. Had to turn it off tbh

Terfing · 27/04/2017 06:41

I've just thought of something, we all need to complain to the BBC about this interview! Jennie got told off for (rightly) saying that MTT are not real women, but this is exactly what CJ herself said yesterday!!!! We need the BBC to clarify their stance on this!

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHorrid · 27/04/2017 14:54

but this is exactly what CJ herself said yesterday

Surely there's a difference about what Caitlin says about herself and what Jenni says about all transwomen.

HermitTheFrog · 29/04/2017 10:40

i'm trans i've lived as girl since i was a child i'm now in my mid 20s i've grown up being viewed as female you'ed never know i wasn't born this way unless i told you no i never had a period but neither has my female cousin due to health issues. we are the same age and i don't think we've had a different experience growing up ....i'm saddened at some of the things some of you are saying here sounds like stuff the alt right says i think its sad some of you's are choosing to believe stereotypes

i think the thing that's disturbed me most is here is you all seem to think trans people are big men in frocks wearing tons of make up and heels because they just like the the glamour's part of being a woman, you all never seem to think of people like me who have lived this way since childhood or teens and don't look like men due to starting hormones early. i don't go around shouting from the roof tops that i'm a person of trans experience it'ed be quite odd if i didn't refer to myself as a woman in conversation as i don't feel anyone needs to know nor do i want them to know as it makes my life easier from people like you all. the only time i feel it's appropriate for me to mention it is when it comes to dating.

"it just underlines for me that it is the superficial trappings of femininity that they enjoy. " you are confusing cross dressers and transvestites with transsexual's you sound very uneducated on the topic and i'ed suggest you take more time to study a topic before saying something so ignorant i don't wear make up most days and i just dress like most women my age do casual.

but carry on thinking that we are all perverted men getting a sexual thrill from it if that'a what makes you feel better about your bigotry towards transsexuals. all so find it interesting how its only ever MTF yous pick on and not FTM.

BigDeskBob · 29/04/2017 10:52

You're a man in your mid 20's who lives as a girl?Hmm

You are mistaking womanhood with a fantasy in your head.
