I understand the video was done with the best of intentions but, short version, I doubt the vast majority of those nine and a half million views will have been made by men.
Its a 25 second video in which women will, in general, think the man is 'sweet' in (as someone posted here).
Low lifes will not give a damn about its 25 second message, so its not any kind of a 'message to rapists' they will bother with.
Better men will admire it (for 20 seconds) then want to punch the screen (because of the last 5 seconds)
Female feminists will adore it (because of the last 5 seconds)
Sadly, in its current form, its a video some will applaud as its delivered to an intended audience it will alienate. If only it were 20 seconds long it would have been watched less but made far more of an impact.
