How do Radfems propose to tear down the patriarchy?

I agree with that, or at least as hard won Feminist rights are attacked there is a re-emergence of a defence.

But I think there is also a good old "conservative backlash vs liberal policies" going on too, and its useful to untangle which is which

And this is also partly also mixed up in the "oh shit there is no money - what do we have to cut" stuff happening. I think it is necessary to admit some stuff just isn't working as it should, and then get in there with proposals for reform rather than letting the conservatives poison it or the mandarins cut it.

More insidious to all this though IMO is the Real Patriarchy - the 1% or so - is busy helping itself to all the pies. And I think there is a huge confluene of interestys that could fight this, and one of teh win-wins would be that Feminism could get a lot of the benefits it wants for taking part. (A bit like the working classes won huge rights for fighting WW2 for the Establishment)

Feminism: No, I'm divorcing you. I voted for that too, remember?
Patriarchy: If you leave me, I'll surround myself with luscious female teenage flesh! That'll make you sorry!
