That use of the past tense: "women have been oppressed", but never mind, we don't have to acknowledge they still are because we have made a smarmy video saying how we think women are such amazing goddesses (but not just average, flawed, human beings, because then they would not be special enough for us to make all these promises to).

Did this not occur to ANY of the men in the video? I despair.

It's another con. They are sensitive, they are caring, they are conscious, they read the Guardian and they will lead the new consciousness movement to create a 'global economics' and to create a 'new way of being'.

I haven't watched it yet but I HATE it when people idealize femininity. Ian McEwan does it all the time in his books.

I follow a woman on FB and her 'thing' has always been about the strength and courage women find to challenge all the oppression and prejudice they face daily.
Recently it's all been about bringing men on board, engaging with their feminine side etc etc. I guess it's our role as nurturers?
I just thought she must be in love or lust!!
However, I thought how hard it is to have this world view and live with men!
