So what would our slogan be?

We would quite like a slogan to go on the banner for marches, and I thought it would be nice to discuss it more widely than just the feminist crafters.

Suggestions so far:

The hand that rocks the cradle can [also] change the world

Agitate, educate, organise (this was an NUM local branch slogan; we might be able to come up with a variation.)

Equality not Priority

We're not possessions,
Don't need concessions
We want equal rights
And Equal Might!

Reminds me of the T shirt I had when a students

I love the idea of a Patriarchy YABVU mug/t-shirt etc. Actually t-shirts with that on - I'm picturing black with a discreet MN (with feminist bits) logo somewhere and that slogan in big hot pink tattered letters across the front - would be very nice. :)

This is reminding me of my mate's game when she was a kid where they'd phone some random person and leave a message for them to call 'Mrs Lion' and leave the number of Edinburgh zoo.

Right, I think we need to draw a line under this silliness.

I will be closing the vote tonight as at the moment I am spending too much time obsessively checking it and not enough time footling about on the internet doing useful things.
