Plus, I love MN feminists and want to be mates with more of you.

Most of my friends know I'm addicted to on MN, but I have a couple of work colleagues there too and would rather they didn't twig and search ....

ah ok, I have always assumed that chat names were off-limits but general references to Mumsnet were fine - will avoid those in future if they are likely to give away anyone's MNer-ness.

Oh, no, don't let me stop you if you want to talk about MN! It's my nickname I really don't want to publicize.

My husband knows I use MN, but no-one else does. I'm a bit unusual amongst my close friends as I'm the only one who is married and the only one who'd like babies in the reasonably near future, so MN is rather separate from our day-to-day lives. However, with the number of people who post on here, I have more than a slight suspicion that there must be people I know in RL on here too, so I shouldn't mind references to it!

if I put general stuff about MN on my status no-one is going to be able to connect it with you.

the hard bit IMO is remembering not to call people by their chat names.... I'm sure I've done it once or twice.

Thanks seth. Don't worry about it too much with me, I'm being a bit daft. And if you did call me by my chat name, I'd only have to change it and deny all knowledge. Fortunately mostly people on here call me LRD, which isn't searcheable.

I'm a bit scared of linking up facebook and MN. And since I barely go on there anyway I probably won't join in with this at the moment. Nearer to MWR though will someone organise a group like they did last time? You could make up a silly title and post the title on here? Or someone could PM me?

I am looking forward to feminist-togetherness of FB. Lots of my friends - well, one of them - is just... Grrr. But I cannot defriend her because she is my housemate and it isn't worth the hassle for four more months.
