Riven is already my friend on FB and commented a couple of hours ago re Naomi Wolf.
All the people I have friended today are via this thread so you could send friend requests to any of them.

The 'Feminist Youth' thing was just that it was exciting about how young so many of the feminists on here are - hope for the future and all that.

(would love to see some statistical analysis by age of how likely women are to call themselves feminists - come to think of it there may have been something of the sort in The Equality Illusion, must dig it out.)

seth, I just wanted to say thanks for doing this thread. I know some of my friends are active feminists (and I know some of my relatives are actively not!), but I don't think I've ever put a status update that nailed my colours to the mast. I did one because of this thread and loads of RL people have got in touch to ask about it/say how nice it is to see. Some of them I would never have realized would be supportive of feminism at all!

So thanks very much, and it is very nice to feel my facebook is a more feminist-friendly place.
