Shifting the Overton window - a game

Right, I have thought of a new game.

Let's think of discussions we could have that would move the Overton Window back to where we want it.

I'll start:

Should public figures who make a sexist comment have to resign immediately (cf racist comments) or should an apology be sufficient?

ooh great game SSM.

Should parental leave be two years split between the parents as they see fit, or just the one year?

Should employers be banned from profitting from the nudity of their employers, or just shunned by all right-thinking people for doing so? (where did they do that recently - denmark?)

Should people who pay for sex be imprisoned for 6 months or a year?

Should schoolchildren be taught about the history of feminism at primary school or secondary school?

Should Emily Davison Day be celebrated in schools and nationwide on 11 October (her birthday) or 4th June (day she went under the king's horse)?

Jo Brand or Victoria Wood to present HIGNFY?

and can we celebrate it by getting a different feminist every year to hide in the House of Commons and all the MPs have to find her?

Should Roman Polanski be extradited to face the sentence he would have got 30 years ago? Or that plus 10 years or so for fleeing from justice?

Newspapers such as Sun and Sport to be banned from printing soft porn imagery (because they are newspapers not soft porn magazines), or newspapers containing such images to be sold only from top shelves?

Should all women be issued with tazers to take down street harrassers? Or just indelible ink spray to brand the offenders?

Indeed, should we content ourselves with 50-50 representation or go for a higher proportion of women for the first few hundred years, to redress the balance?

Should England's national female sports teams be given equal broadcasting time to the male teams, or more since they are so much better?

I would rather see Zac Efron or Ashton Kutcher.

(Names only two young male hollywood stars known for being young and handsome that can think of).

That last post is serious about the age gap being too small BTW.
