Right, I have thought of a new game.

Let's think of discussions we could have that would move the Overton Window back to where we want it.

I'll start:

Should public figures who make a sexist comment have to resign immediately (cf racist comments) or should an apology be sufficient?

Got one! Finally.

Should sanitary protection be provided free on teh NHS or should it just be vat exempt?

Should the music executives who insist that women in music videos be virtually naked be forced to wear the same outfits for one month or two months?

good one ISNT!

should childcare be subsidised or just entirely tax deductible?

...nope, not far enough....

should childcare be subsidised wholly, or just partly?

How about

should childcare be free for everyone, or should the wealthy have to pay a proportion of the costs?

I like it.

Should Martha Kearney boot Dumbleby's arse out of the Question Time chair this week or next week?

Should porn be made illegal, or should all computers just default to blocking it?

it was 12 months in my work place for women, and 4 weeks for men!

however, I am now about to be made redundant

Should directors have to ensure all their works pass the Bechdel test? Or just make sure they've obtained a special Sexism Licence if they don't want to (all proceeds to Women's Aid)?

Should evosexists be forced to prove their claims in court, or just plain told to shut up?

When should all fat men or those over 35 be replaced by younger ones with visible pecs to read the news on the BBC and other news outlets?

And when will the age and appearance criteria be applied to radio?

Should compilers of award/"most promising" type shortlists be forced to include at least 50% women? Or merely to write a 500 word essay justifying their exclusion of sufficient numbers of women?

Should the Catholic Church just ordain women priests? Or should they mandate that Cardinals and senior church staff must be women in order to vastly lessen the chances of further abuse scandals?
