Well... I'd love to meet you all!

Anyone who thinks they might be interested in coming to meet and talk books, post here.

There are going to be lots of dates, ideas and places and i wonder if anyone would be willing to organise with me?? It would mean private messaging and perhaps moving to WhatsApp or email at some point. Maybe 3 of us?

Without divulging everything here, meeting 12 noon, some bookish chat and rambling and a pub has been booked for 2pm where you can get food if you wish to (I will be).

For anyone who is worried about mobility, I am planning to be quite lazy tomorrow as I’ve still got some dodgy issues with my ankle.

Choosing a book is hard! I have narrowed it down to three options. No idea how I'm going to pick; it's like picking a favourite child.

I had to quickly regroup because I accidentally spilt moisturiser on one choice!! All good, though.

I am really sorry not to be meeting all of you! Work has blown up and I can't afford to take the afternoon off. Which is very annoying but in the nature of my job so I can't moan too much. I am very impressed with all the organisation that has gone into this and hope there will be another in future (in which I might be able to play more of an active part!).

I’ve not picked the book yet. Eek. I have marinated a load of kebabs and about to jump in the shower and sort the washing for the DC to make a start on whilst I am out.
